Horrible Customer Service. Working out of town, asked for my package to be left with concierge of my home/shipping address. They will not waive the signature requirement and deliver, nor will they hold the package more than 10 days. I called 3 different times offering ideas trying to get this dropped off, all I got was: NO & THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

These gloves are exceptional, superb quality, comfort and craftsmanship.Worth every penny.The Rival Quality is definitely the first thing that catches your eye upon trying them on.The comfort and premium luxury comfort is totally on another level.- Also will catch the eye of everyone in the gym.Sparring with these is both protective for yourself and your sparring partner.Hitting the bag and mitts is a pleasure, you get a nice pop and some good feedback yet you do not have to worry about hurting yourself.Definitely a true gem and a solid all-purpose glove.

Very good quality, amazing fitment, amazing wrist support, high quality material on the inside and stitching, great for sparring. Very happy with the gloves.
My glove ripped shy of 3 months and I’m hoping I can get some help but I’ll come back to drop an update but everyone else has said these are amazing and they have been despite the rip.
These gloves are great! The leather quality is impressive, and they fit amazing. Be mindful the HDE-F are more firm, requiring a longer break in, but they should last longer with that said. I'm excited to see the durability with these!Thanks Rival!
Gloves are comfortable, and i like the shape. I had to break them in 15-20 rounds on the bag to save my sparring partners face because they are a firm glove.
