I purchaced this wheel cover as an exact replacement for an "R.M.Williams" badged one I have already. When installing the cover, the stitching started to split. The exchange for a replacement was simple, but I still had to go back to the shop. If I had the time, I would try to warm it up to make it stretch, and fit it in the carpark before I leave the shop.

The steering wheel cover appears to be a quality product, although unfortunately the 15" diameter does not fit the current 2021 ISUZU DMAX steering wheel.It seems the vehicle's steering wheel is slightly smaller, resulting in the cover slipping when the steering is turned with some force. A 14.5" steering wheel cover would be a better and tighter fit (if avail).

Fitted this to my Hyundai Elantra and it looks good, however the size is not exactly correct and not tight enough so that the leather cover actually moves on the steering wheel which is not only annoying but could also be deemed to be dangerous whilst driving the vehicle. I am unsure whether I will remove the cover or somehow try to rectify the problem. This is supposedly a universal fit and therefore I shouldn't have this issue, and has left me unsure how to rectify. One other small annoyance was that the famous RM Williams steering wheel cover was actually "Made in China" which is very disappointing, and if I had been aware of this I would not have purchased in the first place.

The wheel is a nice thickness once the cover is on. There is a downside, my D23 Navara steering wheel has a slightly shorter diameter than 380mm (about 10mm), this makes it when I'm turning around corners for the cover to slip. That is the downside to a universal cover.An easy fix for this is to place some anti slip pads to reduce the slippage
Very tight fit onto my gu patrol, i would recommend leaving it in the sun for an hour or more and then slowly stretch out the stitching a little before fitting. Once fitted it is a little thick but feels awesome
I had thought it would come with the stainless RM Williams emblem. Instead I discover it is simply painted on. A little disappointing. It was difficult to fit due to colder weather at the time, and it is much more bulkier than the original steering wheel. Still a good product. Just check its not made in China.
Easy to fit, left in sun for 30 mins first. Just be sure to line up some marks first so it’s straight or you’ll have to do it again because it’s not moving once it’s on. according to another review they weren’t happy because the logo wore off after a year, mines only been on a couple of weeks but after reading the other review I thought I might be able to remove the logo. No chance unfortunately, it looks like it’s there for a long time, still if it came off that easy it wouldn’t say much for the quality. Just fitted it with the logo facing the windscreen so I didn’t have to look at it. Fitted to a d22 navara, cover is black and grey so matches the interior, feels well made.
Replaced the same RM Williams steering wheel cover in the exact same vehicle on the exact same steering wheel. After sitting it on my ute tray for hours to "soften it" as instructed the first one came undone at the bottom. Service at Supercheap was excellent and they replaced the product. I heated the second one and after much difficulty installing it, the cover split on all the seams. It is now stuck on tight but annoys me everytime I feel the splits on the sides.I couldn't be bothered replacing it again.
The Quality seems ok although it was a little out of dhape but all 4 on the shelf were the same so I figured it was standard . Problem Arose during fitting as the leather is so thick and the inner liner so strong it was not flexible enough to be stretched around out Toyota Prado size steering wheel . I am 120kg and have builders hands but could not get anywhere near enough stretch to fit it , even tried putting it in the Qld Summer Sun to heat / soften it up but still too rigid . Returned no problem .
Matches well with the R M William seat covers recently purchased. I liked that there was an instruction to leave in the sun for about 15 minutes to make it easier to stretch over the steering wheel. Never thought of doing that with previous covers. The 10 to 2 (ideal position for hands) on the steering wheel is made easy by the design encompassing this feature.
