RME Digiface Ravenna 256-Channel 192 kHz Mobile USB Interface

A lightweight, mobile audio interface based on the proven Digiface Dante, equipped with a RAVENNA module developed by DirectOut. It combines everything RME is famous for: USB 3, MADI, TotalMix FX, and outstanding options in both USB and standalone operation. The combination of RME's renowned drivers (Mac/Windows) and DirectOut's RAVENNA implementation provides a reliable and flexible computer audio interface in the network. With TotalMix FX, not only is flexible routing possible, but as many independent submixes can be created as there are outputs available. The high-quality headphone output allows for quick playback of all audio channels or can be used as a line output for an additional analog stereo mixdown. RME has made the two BNC connectors for Wordclock I/O switchable to MADI I/O, supporting up to 64 channels. The sum of Ravenna and MADI, 128 channels, is transmitted via USB 3.0 and managed through the included RAVENNA web server or RME's TotalMix FX, providing full and hassle-free control over all audio signals. On the network side, the interface features a fully-fledged RAVENNA stack with AES67 and ST2110-30/31 support, as well as redundant audio-over-IP streaming according to ST2022-7. Additionally, the interface can also be used as a mobile 64-channel RAVENNA/MADI converter without a USB connection to a computer. The coaxial MADI I/O connectors can also be configured as Wordclock sync I/O.
