I find this much easier to use than trying to make a real swiss meringue icing. I do find that using shortening works much better than butter. I have even frozen the leftovers and rewhipped at a later date.

The buttercream instructions at the back of the packet was easy to follow, but if only the buttercream was less sweet, I my family would've loved it and I would buy it again, but it was much too sweet, I found it hard to eat just 1 cupcake without worrying about feeling sick. But it still tasted nice they just need to adjust the amount of sugar in the Roberts Factory.
