Roborock Qrevo Master Vacuum Cleaner

Easy to set up and use, hassle-free. Stylish design, adds to home decor. So far, only did 1 cleaning and mopping. The result is good. But it will not go closer to the wall if there is a curtain. Overall, happy with purchase. I will update if there is more information.

My last robot vacuum was from Deebot.. bought it three years ago, and sold it after just few months. Main reason - robot vacuum was supposed to be independent, but the Deebot that I got require too much baby-sitting!Things change with this latest purchase.. The setup was a breeze and the doing part is so efficient. The robot completed the initial mapping of my house in less than 10 minutes and it was accurate. And then the first run of full house cleaning was also faultless. And this was all conducted while I was sleeping - the robot did not got stuck anywhere, and didnt go to areas that it was not supposed to go. All good so far. Very satisfied with this purchase!

My third robotic vacuum. This one is a keeper. She cleans beautifully. Finished vacuuming and mopping a 600 sq. ft. living space in 59 minutes. Would highly recommend.

ADHD hack????

Great purchase! I have recommended it to all my family and friends. It actually helps keep my home clean outside from just vacuuming and mopping (which is great on its own plus it cleans itself!!!) because it forces you to pick up stuff from the floor. I'm pretty lazy so that extra nudge to know I HAVE to pick up or else the robot cant do its job has kept my home so clean especially if you run it every day. The only down side is that it gets stuck on wires a lot or it will pull threads from my carpet and dangle in them. A couple of times it got stuck under chairs or sofas. Still would recommend it especially if you're able to get it on sale.

Cleans Great

This thing is almost maintenance free, except for the tank and bag levels. It cleans better than any of the others I have owned. Someone smarter than me would probably not have had any problem putting it together, but it gave me a little twist in the beginning, but I figured it out in few minutes. I recommend this one when I wouldn't most of the others I owned in the past.

Doesn’t do what it is suppose to do

Doesn’t work like it is advertised. Difficult to get app.to work. Mapped my house like a Picasso drawing. Rooms unrecognizable. Told it to vacuumed only snd it started to mop my floors. Very erratic pattern when trying to clean and goes over same area multiple times while skipping other areas.

Mop Not Spraying

One of my mops stopped spraying. I did some research online and it's a common problem. To fix it, customers have had to insert a pin into the spray hole. It fixed it momentarily it but after not using it for about a week, it came back. So, I will have to insert a pin before every use and constantly keep an eye on it. Really inconvenient!Since it was still under warranty, I contacted Roborock and they also said to insert a pin into the spray hole. Obviously, they know that this is a common issue. I told them that I know to insert the pin, but it will come back after not using it for a while. They said to send it in for repair, which I did.They said that they “fixed it” and shipped it back to me, but the issue was still there after not using it for a week. I contacted them again and they wanted videos of the issue which I provided to them. They finally said that they will send me a new unit.I haven’t received the new unit yet, so we'll see if it too has the same issue. They said that the new unit's warranty will only cover the remaining warranty of the original one. So I only have 3 months left. That sucks!

worthy upgrade from the q revo

I have had the q revo for about a year and this q revo master for 2 weeks now. The q revo master does a better job with corner cleaning with it extending arms on the brush as well as the mopping pad. Its smart features also impressed me with automatic floor texture detection and preprogrammed run to map out the outline of my carpet. It’s also probably washing the mops much better with the new washing tray design. 10/10 recommended.
