I am surprised at how well this worked. I actually developed dry eyes which can come from retinoids, not retinol. It's gentle and I got no skin irritation which I usually get with anything. I plan to cycle using it because it "erased" my wrinkles under my eyes after a month of just using at night. You can still see them if you look closely but I can put makeup over them and there isn't a deep line. If you have dry skin, put a thick eye cream over this.

I recently purchased this eye cream because I've heard really good things about it. The online review I've read are accurate. It took a few weeks of daily use before it started working but the swelling under my eyes is considerably less noticeable. It's a very gentle product and doesn't clog my pores. And the price is very reasonable in comparison to other brands of eye are correction products. I definitely intend to purchase more in the future.

But I was also happy to see you can use this twice a day, so that means my little wrinkles can start leaving faster, right? Right. But I think there must be some kind of "get-used-to-it" period with Retinol, because honestly it took about a week or so for me to start seeing results -- I was about to give up. Then one day my husband squinted at me and said, "Did you get your hair cut? Have you lost weight?" Since the answer was no to both, I knew it must have been the Roc cream working. Ran to the mirror and looked, and honestly I thought I saw a difference. Three days later I tried to objectively compare, and I again thought I saw a real improvement. So based on those unscientific observances, I will have to give this five stars, because I really made every effort to be objective and after 59 years have learned to be honest at least with myself. As long as your skin can handle it, it should work for you.

I know Roc products have a great reputation and I love their slogan, " We keep our Promises".The first thing I learned was otc items take longer than prescription strength creams so patience is a key. 12 weeks is common before seeing results. Also , many women experience redness or irritation with retinol which is why Roc brand developed a cream specifically designed for sensitive skin. It is also reommended to apply the eye cream every other night to begin with to reduce those issues.I found the product to be silky thin and easy to apply as a little goes a long way. The tube is 0.5 oz sohopefully it will last for some time. I did initially feel some tingling but applied a little moisturizer on top and that calmed it down. It is recommended to use moisturizers and a high SPF when using the product to prevent the treated areas from dryness.I just started using the product so I have several weeks before I can say I experienced any results but so far, so good and I remain optimistic.

It's been many years since I've used a Retinol product so I was glad to get a chance to try the ROC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream. I was very impressed with how quickly I noticed a change in my skin. The container is very large and has enough product in it to last several months even with daily use. During the first application I noticed a slight tingling sensation in the areas I applied the cream, but nothing that I would consider painful or irritating. Just a feeling to let me know it was working. The cream applies smoothly and absorbs into the skin completely. There is no sticky residue or film like with some night-time eye creams. Just a feeling to let me know it was working. The cream applies smoothly and absorbs into the skin completely. There is no sticky residue or film like with some night-time eye creams. I actually used the retinol cream around my eyes and around my mouth and other areas that I have begun to notice signs of aging in the past couple of years. Within the first few days I immediately noticed a brightening of my skin tone and a smoother appearance. I don't see the complete eradication of the few fine lines I have developed around my eyes, but after two continual weeks of use I can definitely tell that something has changed. My skin is now used to this and I don't get the tingle when I apply it.One tip I would give is to be careful if you wear contacts. This will make them filmy and cloudy if you accidentally get it in your eyes while wearing them. It says to use it at night but I have used it both day and night with no ill effects. I believe the logic behind using it at night is that it has finished acting on your skin by the time you are out in the sunlight during the day. It does recommend using 15 SPF product over this for extra protection. It is a sensitive skin formula so should be more comfortable for people with highly sensitive skin to use. I also noticed that it helps with blemishes. I had a couple of tiny pimples that went away almost immediately after applying some cream to them.I'm very happy with the ROC Retinol Cream and will make this a part of my daily routine. It really works - even if the results are subtle. I'm hoping that after a month or so I see even more dramatic improvements to my skin. Even though, the brightness and tone is so much improved that I'm hooked!I highly recommend this product!

This review for Roc Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream is for all of us who have sensitive skin, want to try a retinol product or maybe have experienced adverse reactions to retinol. If you've never used a product with retinol this cream instructs you to use it in small dots around the eye area and gently and completely rub in. Also if you're new began use by applying it every other day and/or night. If you wear during the day use a sunscreen with at least SPF 15 or higher. Now since I've used a similar product I decided to use every night so I could give a good review of how it worked for me. This cream says it helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and at my age, I'd like that. I'm pleased to say I didn't have any adverse reactions. However, I didn't expect too because from previous experience this kind of product takes at least four to six weeks to see any considerable change; so I can only give it three stars. I read many reviews from different websites on this product and they were mostly good. I'm going to continue to use this and seeing this cream is not very expensive I would definitely say to give it a try.

The Roc Retinol Correxion sensitive eye cream is a cream with retinol designed specifically for people with retinol-sensitive skin. The eye cream claims to reduce appearance of crow’s feet and under-eye wrinkles. It also claims to reduce dark circles and fine lines. The cream, when applying it to my under-eye zone, feels a little bit tingly at first. I think it is to be expected since that area is more sensitive that the rest of the face. However, the slight tingly or heated sensation was not overly uncomfortable and I think for such a sensitive area, the cream does a good job in neutralizing the effect of the retinol. The cream leaves a slight residue under the eyes even after sleeping through the night, but the residue is not so thick that it is too noticeable. Especially considering the location of where the cream is applied, I barely notice the residue. I do notice tighter, smoother skin in that region on my face and I quite enjoy that. My dark circles are still present, but the skin definitely feels softer and healthier. I can’t say I see any bold improvement of crow’s feet, but I do believe when the skin is healthier, and fine lines seem reduced. So overall, the product is nice and gentle on the sensitive skin under my eyes and I look forward to continue using it and seeing the effects. It is important to note that the directions say to apply SPF 15 or higher sunscreen during the day while using this product and for one week after stopping the use of this product, also.

The Roc Retinol Sensitive Eye Cream seems nice so far. I haven’t used it long enough to see results because it was a free sample, but so far I am pleased. It is a light cream that absorbs quickly and feels soft on the skin. It doesn’t have a scent. I’ve been applying it in a crescent moon shaped pattern from the outside of my eye to underneath my eye. I am really hoping this helps with dark circles. On the box it mostly states for wrinkles, but on the back of the box it does mention dark circles. It’s a small tube, but you do not need to apply much so it should last a while. It hasn’t dried my face out or made it sensitive so far, but like I stated before I have only used it for about a week. I am a little concerned because when looking at the list of ingredients retinol is towards the bottom, so I am hoping to still see results. This is probably why the product states it is for sensitive skin. My wife used it under her makeup and she said it absorbed well into the skin and didn’t affect her makeup. The product does recommend a sunscreen to be worn on the face while using the product and a week after discontinuation. This is probably an important direction to follow to prevent burns and sensitivity.

I have tried retinol products in the past, and I had to quit due to extreme drying of my skin. I do not have sensitive skin, although without a lot of hydration my skin does become dry. I do have really dark circles, and puffiness under my eyes. The box states that after clinical testing there were visible improvements with dark circles and puffiness. If the Roc cream will help me with these issues, I am willing to give it a try. The box states 96% of women with previous sensitivity to retinoids experienced no redness or bothersome irritation in clinical tests. This is great news, but I wanted to find out what the ingredients were in the sensitive formula that made the difference. The only thing I could find out was that this formula uses water, and other retinol creams, use oil. This is an oil free product. It is recommended to use small dots around the eye, and gently rub in. This can be applied at night or in the morning. The instructions recommend using a sunscreen with SPF of 15 or higher while using this product during the day. It also states to use every other night the first week, then increase slowly as your skin tolerates. It states you may see results in a month, but the longer you use this, the better the results.I followed directions exactly including using the sunscreen. I was pretty excited to see if this will work, but cautiously optimistic due to my previous experience with retinol. I have used this cream(as directed) for eight nights now. I have had no problems with drying of my skin, and actually it feels hydrating, although it does not state this as a benefit of use. I saw a noticeable difference in my eye puffiness after the second night. I am now using this nightly, and the dark circles are lighter. The puffiness is almost gone, and that is after using for a little more than a week. I will continue to use this as a daily product.

I received the ROC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream in exchange for a review. I had never used retinol products before and was a bit reluctant to use near my eyes. Even after being extremely careful about not getting it too close to my eyes for fear of getting it in them, it still bothered me. Just using enough to pat lightly at sides for crow’s feet and not too close underneath for wrinkles and puffiness my eyes watered (and then I was so paranoid wiping away tears for fear of accidently getting it into my eyes.) It also dried my skin. I went online to see if others had similar problems and it seems hit or miss as to who it works great for and who it doesn’t. It also dried my skin. I went online to see if others had similar problems and it seems hit or miss as to who it works great for and who it doesn’t. (I have never considered my skin “sensitive” or particularly dry.)However, when I was checking reviews to see what sensitive issues others had, I read a review that talked about getting rid of milia (those pesky little hard white bumps that appear on eyelids or just below lower lashes) with retinol. I stopped using it for wrinkles for the aforementioned reasons and instead am using a pointed tip cotton swab to put a tiny dab directly on the 3 bumps I have (2 on lids, 1 just below one eye) That tiny amount does not cause me any problems and after just 2 applications, all 3 have shrunk- they appear more flesh tone than white and are flatter-and are much less noticeable! Apparently, according to the review I read (and since reading that I saw references on other sites discussing using retinol for milia as the sloughing off action of retinol is good for these since they are caused from blocked pores) they eventually disappear. Forget about wrinkle treatment, if this works to completely alleviate and even for lessening their appearance as it already has, it is worth purchasing and continuing to use for that alone. I can’t comment on its effectiveness for wrinkles due to my sensitivity, but for anyone who has milia I would certainly recommend trying!
