My Roccbox is fantastic, arrived really well packed and in perfect condition. The instructions are very straight forward & easy to follow , so fitting the gas burner is very simple. Unfortunately whilst fitting the burner ( you stand the unit on its end- face really to fit the burner ) this is the correct way and would not be an issue on the standard Roccboxes with Stainless Steel facias, on my beautiful Black unit , it sadly led to scratches on the facia - which was dissapointing. However I contacted Gozney and Mariana who I was fortunate enough to deal with was fantastic, very understanding and patient and gave me some tips and kindly also sent me a very much appreciated gift as way of compensation. Loving our new Roccbox. So easy to use and can't believe how fast we can make pizzas!
I initially wanted to purchase the base ROCCBOX but it was out of stock and didn’t want to wait, so l purchased the Signature Edition instead. In hindsight l’m really glad l did. I think the all black exterior probably stays looking cleaner and it is very stylish in my outdoor area. I purchased a new stainless steel kitchen bench because the leg span on the ROCCBOX didn’t fit my pre-existing benches but that’s fine, it was all part of the thrill of finally having a pizza oven that really does cook the pizza fast just like a real wood pizza.

It is a beautiful cooking experience; we have perfect pizzas every time. Thanks to its design and easy-to-follow instructional videos on their website. We love it!

Delivers above expectations.Only improvement I can make is more clearly state that flame needs to be turned done for use once oven is hot.
