I have these in black and have been wearing them for about a year, mostly just when I do squats. I have really bad knees from more than a decade of playing soccer and these have helped fortify my knees. When I wear these, I can feel more support and protected, and they have reduced pain and swelling after work outs. I should also note that these are very fairly priced. I believe I paid about $30-40 for both, while some brands charge you that much for just one sleeve.

I have really messed up knees, so I wanted something with just a little extra support that would be versatile without spending a fortune for a pair. Rocktape seemed to fit the bill well so I gave them a shot. They're comfortable, excellent support for these bad knees (I LOVE squats, and they work for it) and they look cool (I got the skulls!). HOWEVER..... The sizing is a little inadequate. I don't have huge legs and my knee measured out to 16.25". The XL set is 14 1/2 "and above". If I'm dried out and not holding water I'm fine, although they're snug. But, if I have some water retention or or I'm refeeding then they don't really fit at all, which is a bummer because they're so supportive. My girlfriend and I are both wearing them on leg day. She says her knees feel much better the next day, after wearing them. They fit pretty snug and give me confidence in what I am doing.
The measurement is off. It's way off. For male, unless you have a pin-leg, get XL and bigger. Start from there. I bought large to be safe, to get a tight fit, but I can barely get it on.
These knee sleeves are by far my favorite ever used!! They are comfortable and give me great support on my heavy lifts, which I'm doing more and more of all the time. Assassins are a game changer and if you haven't used them you most definitely should!
These sleeves WOULD be great if they didn't fall apart. First few sessions with them were fantastic, but the inside basically split and broke apart all through the support area.I'd say it was a one-off defect, but my training partner bought a pair and the exact same thing happened to his.It's a shame, had they have lasted more than 3-4 training sessions they'd be an easy 9/10
Yeah, I'm 6"8, I have legs like tree trunks... and these are hella tight. But I like the wear you can rest it on your shoe when your not working it. I use one on my bad knee... It's quick and fast to get on and off and it provides TIGHT support. I'm a big fan.
