The polo was a gift for my 82 year old father - has always been very particular about clothes. To say he loved it was an understatement. The quality, colour and cut of the shirt was exceptional, and the packaginggl and delivery time was unbelievable. It's become his new favourite and he'll be hopping online for more purchases.

In January 2024, I bought a couple of shirts and T-shirts. Unfortunately, after wearing one of the shirts only once and then washing it, the logo got damaged when I ironed it. When I tried to return it to the St. Luke's store, the sales staff were unhelpful and refused to replace the shirt. Their argument was that they hadn't encountered such an issue from other customers. While I appreciate the quality of some of their products, their sales approach and rude staff could damage their reputation. I won't be purchasing from this brand again unless they agree to replace the shirt, which cost around NZD 130.
The Gunn Original Fit Polo (XL) fits me very well as I prefer a classic fit rather than a slim fit. The quality is very good and long-lasting. This polo shirt can be worn to both casual and formal occasions, e.g., good restaurants. I like to wear dark, neutral colours, so I normally purchase the ebony (black) and eclipse (navy) coloured polos. I highly recommend the Gunn Original Fit Polo.

As usual, all R&G polos are great to wear all year round for my partner. My partner initially tried the slim cut and decided to purchase the regular cut instead to go with his shorts then we found out after we got home the fabric between the regular and slim cut are different despite same colour. The cut didn't really go with his pants/shorts and the fabric felt thin so we had to return it and swap it out for the slim cut. R&G was very helpful in exchanging it the next day and acknowledged that fabrication are different between the original and slim fit cut polos. So do your research in shop and decide which fabric you like.
Excellent polo. Fit is perfect. Lovely colour. Goes with my dark green R&G shorts a treat.I would recommend R&G to anyone for Tees , Polos, Linen shirts, shorts. The polos are particularly fine and fit a fine fellow in his 70s, with a just little extra weight, really well.
