I don't like the "clear keys" as they aew back lit and I cannot easily see them. Also, I don't like the small size of the Right hand Shift key.I needed a new PC with graphics to handle Photoshop and Lightroom. I am not a gamer.I wish I had looked at PCs in store before I bought online.

I've had this laptop for a few months now and overall I'm quite satisfied with it!I got this laptop primarily for video editing, which it has been great for. Minimal preview lag and fast render times. The lack of a numpad and single volume keys are very appreciated. The colours are also very vibrant - I immediately noticed the difference compared to my previous laptop. The amount of available storage is also a godsend honestly. It's also performed well when gaming. I've had no issues running anything from Stardew Valley to Red Dead Redemption II.The only things of note are that the AC adaptor makes noticeable electronic sounds (though I have to sit it on my desk for my current setup so it is close by) and that the laptop itself sometimes has some noticeable ... Not necessarily a criticism because it's impossible to avoid that completely, but something worth noting if that's a dealbreaker. From research it seems to vary from model to model.

A beautiful machine that runs wonderfully for all my games (Baldur's Gate 3, Titan fall 2, Dragon Age series). It's a serious upgrade from my old desktop and it's a lot more quieter. I love the dark colour and the RGB keyboard. I do wish there was a number pad though. 10/10
