The written instructions are not in English, BUT there's a guy on YouTube, named Robert Gauck, that shares videos of himself putting together 3D puzzles manufactured by ROKR and they are SUPER HELPFUL! Look up his videos for help in building these wooden puzzles. I referred to Robert Gauck's youtube video several times throughout the build. I painted the pieces, while constructing, so the carousel did take a while to finish. For the abundance of sanding, I used my mini usb nail rotary tool (bought on Temu for under $6). I did break a few wood pieces, while constructing, but there are plenty of extra parts included with this kit. Make sure to have wood glue (or other suitable glue) available, just in case. Mostly, this was an easy enough build, but there are areas, where the parts were more difficult to fit together. My mini rotary tool came in handy for those areas, for sure. Expect to use glue, when constructing the horses, though, because those pieces fit more loosely than other areas (as seen in Gauck's video, too). Test the music box and rotation of the carousel frequently, WHILE constructing. That way, IF a problem arises, you can work on it without having to disassemble a lot of your work.The only thing I did not like about the final product was the cardboard/paper crown near the top of the final assembly. Two were included, but there was no way to bend them to shape without unsightly creases. I wish they had been constructed of metal or wood. I added gems to the one I used, in order to detract from those flaws. I glued a few other gems on the carousel and horses for a little sparkle.

This is such a lovely little carousel, and so pretty. My husband made this for our little granddaughters birthday. We would buy this again Thankyou

I loved making the romantic carrousel! It was a lovely way to have a creative activity during the weekend and the result is so wonderful. The music and rotating system work very well and the steps were very clear and easy to follow. I will definitely recommend this to everyone!
