This little tv was perfect for on top of a dresser. It replaced an older set that did not get good reception in that location. The little Roku works great. It is so much faster, and streams flawlessly. My only advice is to watch the way the base is designed. The support is not from a center pedestal, it has legs at the outer edges and you need enough width for them to both set down if you are placing it on something (especially if you set it down at an angle).

Bought 40 inch Roku TV for replacement in our kitchen. Have three Dish accounts. After playing with Roku for a month I have decided to cancel two Dish accounts and lower the programming on the third one. Roku has so much more to offer. After learning how to add favorites and channel app location it is a true delight. And the Roku channel by itself has unbelievable selection and programming. If you donāt have one, you really need to get one.

Great TV! The display is bright, crisp and has very intense color. The streaming platform on Roku is very easy to learn. Adding additional apps (thumbnails) for your favorite network or channel couldnāt be easier! Either scroll to the bottom of the included apps to the plus sign (see my photo) click on it to add an app by typing in its name or use the microphone on the remote to search for it whichever you prefer. I think you will be pleasantly surprised when you see how easy it is. The remote is minimal, fits easily in your hand, and is very efficient.

I'm using this to replace a TV on my Camper. The 32 inch is the largest that fit properly. I currently use ROKU Ultra in my home and wanted something that I could use on the road. This ROKU TV gives me a TV and ROKU in one package. I tested at home and it worked well. It works identically to a ROKU box. Of course, now that winter is here a cannot install in the camper until spring. But I'm pretty confident that it will work as expected. I also like that it will work with cable at campgrounds or wireless internet.
I really like this TV a lot. It fits perfectly on top of my dresser in my bedroom. The picture quality is good. I think the sound is fine, other people mentioned they didn't like the sound but I think the sound is fine. One of my favorite features of this TV is that it has a headphone jack so you can plug in headphones which I think is a great feature, this would be helpful for people who like the TV loud. The Roku apps make streaming very easy. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase!
After having surgery, I could only lay on my left side. That made it really hard to watch any television shows or to do anything in the room. I picked up this little gym for a really good bargain and was surprised at how well it worked. It had Roku built-in so I didnāt have to buy an extra unit which saved about $50 And the size was perfect, it was durable and hooked up to my speaker system very easily. The picture quality was fine and I have to say for the price, the value was right there. Saved me during recovery. Afterwards I hooked up my laptop to it. It became a large monitor, which is perfect for me. ļæ¼
We were in the market for a 32ā TV due to space constraints in the bedroom. Was unsure about the lower resolution panel but after doing some quick research and reading reviews decided to make the plunge! From the viewing distance weāre dealing with (approx. 7ā away) thereās no issue here! Streaming shows and movies seems just fine from our perspective and gaming is just good enough with seemingly low latency which is a huge plus! Definitely not a high end experience but nothing to sneeze at either.
stopped working after 1year; Favorite channels wont save+dont display on Channel Guide.Local broadcast channels important 2me No internal tuner? bc reception is lousy. so bought tv antenna, but tv coax antenna port broke off immed.so only streaming works! HATE remote bc it doesnt allow U 2 select channels by #; only up or down, or streaming. Dirty secret of āsmartā TVs is that theyre clunky if U want live broadcast. I got rid of DirecTV bc of cost, but now no way to record shows either. What do i have 2 buy 2select channels+record?

It needs not to make itself known; it prefers to bask in quiet dignity, for it contains within itself a portal to everywhere and anything. Apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube run flawlessly, offering beautiful visuals and competitive sound quality. Its user interface, likewise, is stunningly simple - I never found a need to consult a manual or tutorial; the menus are supremely intuitive. More than a television, this machine is a weapon designed to obliterate boredom and inconvenience. When I received an e-mail asking how likely I would be to recommend this product to a friend or colleague, I was absolutely flabbergasted - I had actually just finished taking my friend to our local Best Buy to get him a 32" Roku Smart TV for himself. The only complaint I have about this product is that using it has rendered me effectively unable to talk about much else. My family now complains that I now use every conversation as an excuse to discuss the Roku line of smart televisions. In fact, I've recommended this product to seventeen people in the past week, and I can owe it all to the genius technical design of this device.I'd like to extend warm congratulations those who helped design this product: the software developers who created the stunning Roku OS, the designers of the ergonomic, compact remote control, the electrical engineers who created its inner circuitry - even the glassmakers who fried the sand that later became the screen for my beautiful, beautiful television.I know some may still stand by the Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Apple TV, or any of the other streaming-focused contemporary smart television products. I don't know enough about those products to convince you not to buy them - all I know is that, as my hour of death draws near and I draw up my final will and testament, my financial assets shall go to my children, my home shall go to my wife's family, but my 32" Roku Smart television will remain with me in the grave, for she and I shall not be parted.Blessings to all. Thank you for reading.
If it werenāt for an issue with the YouTube app, I would recommend this TV when itās on sale. But Iām a bit worried this could be a sign of more problems to come. For what itās worth. When YouTube crashed the Roku it appears the remote control got messed up. At least temporarily. Pressing down arrow moved the screen up. The volume keys moved the screen to the left, etc. Eventually the remote would turn off the TV. Unplugging the TV from the power didnāt fix things. But pulling the batteries out of the remote and re-inserting fixed the issue and now the TV is fine.I continue to have problems with YouTube, but I cannot yet replicate any of the speaker pops, video stutters, or app crashes on the other apps Iāve installed (Xfinity, Pluto, Crackle, Roku Channel, and ...Ā MoreIf it werenāt for an issue with the YouTube app, I would recommend this TV when itās on sale. Granted, I havenāt had this TV very long. But those do seem OK. So Iām hoping itās just a YouTube issue that can be fixed by a software update. But who knows. That saidā¦The panel on my 32ā Roku TV is a VA panel. Viewing angles are washed out and lose color from the sides. But from straight ahead it has acceptable color and decent blacks provided the room is moderately lit. Itās not as colorful as a more expensive Samsung 32ā that Best Buy had on the shelf. But I think the colors and brightness are OK for a TV that might be less than budget, but perhaps disposable.Sound from the speakers is fine in my case where Iām sitting 5 or 6 feet in front of the TV in a small room. The Roku operating system/menu system isnāt slow, but I wouldnāt call it fast either. Finally, the VESA mounting holes are very shallow. Like maybe only 5 full screw turns deep. As such I had difficulty finding a workable combination of screw length and spacer size. A trip to the hardware store thankfully found me something that worked. But it wouldāve been easier if the mounting holes were deeper as that added depth would make it easier to get a snug fit between bracket and TV. Also, Iād have preferred deeper mounting holes since it would be harder for the screws to become fully loose and the TV to fall. Not that I think thatās going to happen. But I do intend to monitor the screw tightness from time to time just to be sure everything is still secure.
