Junk. Hooked it up, worked fine, watched a movie on my prime account. And then a documentary on Disney and went to bed. Next night, tried to turn it on, tv was already powered on from watching the news through the basic TV input source. I pressed the home button on the Roku remote and it switched the TV to the HDMI input source, but no picture. Switched the cable to another HDMI port, pressed the home button, again it received the signal and switched the input source to the correct HDMI channel but no picture. Unplugged everything turned tv off for a few minutes, hooked it all back with the specific cords that came with the Roku, still sends the signal to change the input source on the TV but no picture. Hooked it up to a different TV, brings up the bouncing "Roku" letters like it's loading but they just keep bouncing. 10 min later, push the home button, no response. Still bouncing. Unplug it all, plug it back back, still bouncing but unresponsive. Push the pinhole reset button, held it for 10 seconds, it brings up the language selection. I select English, back to the bouncing letters. Several minutes later I try the home button, ok button, unresponsive. Pinhole reset button again, 20 seconds, back to language selection but this time I didn't even make it back to the couch where the remote was and it went back to bouncing. Waited, home button, unresponsive. Pinhole reset again, 10-15-20 seconds, still bouncing, as I let go of the reset button it just barely flashed the language selection for just a flash and back to the bouncing letters... The only thing left in their troubleshooting list was to completely reprogram the operating system, by getting a flashdrive and downloading the system and ABSOLUTELY NOT! I should not be troubleshooting the thing in the first place, it's less than 48 hours old. I've now probably spend more time troubleshooting than the thing actually worked. So I tried to contact support, like it suggests in several places in the "product information sheet" and the "quick start guide" and it tells me my device is not eligible for support. WHAT!? What kinda janky company manufactures and sells products that they don't offer support for? And how are they going to offer support for some of their products, but not the worst of their garbage that they know is trash but sell continue to sell anyway. Not to mention that I couldn't get there screen mirror feature on my Android device to find this jankity Roku trash even though they were most definitely both connected to the same wifi signal. This is the absolute last time I give Roku a chance.

This basic Roku device is amazing and worked perfectly for $17 one time equipment charge. Not a tech wizard but followed the instructions and to my surprise it worked. I am using the no cost Roku service and then signed up for Paramount Essential which is free with Walmart service (otherwise $5.99 per month). I was wary that my thrifty internet service of $24.99 per month (I provide the modem (Motorolla) and router (Trendnet TW-100) and wireless (TP Link w/ Extender) would be fast enough and it works perfectly with a great picture. I never imagined that I could get free streaming through Roku and Paramount Essential with my cheap internet service for a total cost of $24.99 per month. We also use antennas and get about 15 stations direct over the air signal. Only ... MoreThis basic Roku device is amazing and worked perfectly for $17 one time equipment charge. Only downside is that there are commercials with Paramount Essentials which I guess you have to expect with a thrifty approach to streaming. Seems like a bargain for $25 a month total, with performance and content exceeding all expectations...

Purchased a while back. I have a couple of complaints about the service, but overall, it's great! First, it drops channels pretty regularly and without warning. Second, ads appear at inopportune times. Scheduling is very haphazard.Programming is good, but some programs don't show when selected. Who hard would it be for Roku to put up a crawler on these dead programs? I would also like to provide feedback on programs I see. This option is available on some channels, but not enough in my book. The box is a great investment, and there are many free channels to take advantage of. There are pay channels as well, but if you don't want to pay, you're not forced to. All in all, the service is great. I would recommend this to everyone I meet.

yeah so long story short Google TV ran great when they first came out but with every update they get slower and slower, to the point of freezing up and crashing, i remembered being forced into that purchase because my chromecast ultra was no longer being supported never had an issue with that, so i bought into the first gen chromecast tv and it got to the point if being un usable after a year so two new versions come, so ok i thought newer hardware maybe itll run better, boy was wrong, then 4k version ran okay for a few months new updates new interface and again pushing stressful ui elements on hardware that can't handle, so thew the google in the garbage where it belongs. So I went down to Walmart and saw a Roku LE on sale for 19.99, its the cheapest version so i took a chance and happy to it paid off. It is amazing how well optimized Roku software is and this being the cheapest option they offer albeit its a Walmart exclusive because i haven't seen it anywhere else, it runs well and is fast and fluid UI no lag and this model doesn't even offer the advanced WiFi 6 that the regular HD version has, I can tell you if you choose to go the affordable option you will save 10 bucks and won't be disappointed, you can use the app as like touch interface and for headphones for private listening and those pesky movies were you can barely hear the dialogue. I tell this is how a TV device should run and without issues I would highly recommend this device, I plan on purchasing a Roku stick for another tv in the how down the road, from now on i sticking with Roku and also there is alot of free TV options its insane you can literally go in this for 20 bucks without spending another dime for streaming if so choose.
My granddaughter loved everything about these. She said they are the perfect fit, from length to width in every area. Usually pants are too short for her 5’8” but not these. If they aren’t too short they are generally too big in the hips, thighs, or other areas. Again, not these. She loves the weight of the fabric, not too thick and not too thin. She loves the thick waist band. And guess what? She loves the pockets. She was very happy that there were 3 pairs because they are her new love.
I already had a Roku in the bedroom and I added this to the living room because I like the setup better than the Firestick. It came at a great price, too. I like that it shows items on my saved list on the main page, so I can click there to go directly to them rather than having to open each app to see if there is something on my saved list. There are also so many free shows and movies to watch and I can order subscriptions to various apps directly from Roku so I don’t have to remember many more user names and passwords. I do wish that the power cord was longer and that it came with the plug attached rather than a USB that requires a user-supplied plug.
Roku is okay because it does have a good amount of free shows and channels. However, they are somewhat deceptive in at least 2 ways. 1st thing that messed with my mind was that there was only 1 battery while the box said 2, which it needed. Had to use my own rechargables. What's weird though, the plastic which held the 1 battery is was designed to hold only 1 battery! (like what-dah!) Secondly, sadly experienced that the Fox News Live Channel and Newsmax channel is not really live, but exerps of the news day with boring elavator music for when you think the commercials are on (Newsmax) or, their own commercials in between. So back to wathcing my digital attenna channels mostly %26 Foxnews/Newsmax live online on my pc. First, the Roku LE and Roku Express are exactly the same model. The only difference is the graphics on the box. The LE variant is a Walmart exclusive. When one of my Roku Express devices began malfunctioning, so the easiest solution was to replace it with another Roku of the same type. This model is simple and inexpensive, and setup was simple. I just unplugged the old unit and plugged the new one in its place. Device setup took only a few minutes, although reconstructing my channel lineup (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) took considerably more time. I would love it if there were a way to port this data over from one device to another. Once set up though, the Roku LE is very intuitive and straightforward to use. For the price, I have no real complaints
The Roku is easy to set up and use. The quality is good, though the length of the HDMI cable should have been a little longer; which limited the location on the side of the television that it could be mounted to (stuck on, with the included double-sided tape). Unfortunately, the USB power cable DOES NOT include a USB power adapter (USB phone charger "brick". But, for a ROKU, and the seemingly endless amount of apps (this shows, movies, etc) that Roku offers, the price is well worth it. I love the fact that I can watch Netflix on my big TV instead of on my phone, also there's lots of channels on there that are free movies. seems like an endless amount of fun well worth 25 bucks. what sucked was lol i bought a used one from neighbor for 20 bucks. so now i can just put the used one in the bedroom when i can purchase a decent TV. the only reason I ordered the new one is because the used one seem to get stuck. periodically and just keep bouncing back to saying Roku so I ordered a new one. I believe it's well worth the money I'm not very technology savvy but when I can surf YouTube and watch all my favorite stuff on YouTube on my big TV and being partially blind it's awesome. and I'm noticing I only have to charge my phone every other day maybe cuz I'm ... MoreI love the fact that I can watch Netflix on my big TV instead of on my phone, also there's lots of channels on there that are free movies. seems like an endless amount of fun well worth 25 bucks. what sucked was lol i bought a used one from neighbor for 20 bucks. so now i can just put the used one in the bedroom when i can purchase a decent TV. the only reason I ordered the new one is because the used one seem to get stuck. periodically and just keep bouncing back to saying Roku so I ordered a new one.
