This was awful, bits were broken and clips were missing when it arrived, unfortunately I needed one that day so we had to use it. Other than that it had broken much more within a week. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Initially I was delighted with the cage, it was relatively straightforward to construct and is bigger than the cage we had. However every morning the ladder from the house has fallen down and the hamster is trapped in the house.

This was awful, bits were broken and clips were missing when it arrived, unfortunately I needed one that day so we had to use it. Other than that it had broken much more within a week. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

The wheel does not stay in place and sadly we lost our hamster due to the wheel moving and crushing him. I wouldnt recommend this as it is not safe!!!!!
We brought this for our hamster and she loves it, she climbs all the ladders and there is so much room. The only down thing is the water bottle is right where the ladder to the house is and make sure the lid on the house is shut as when the hamster grows it can open the lid.
My hamster was very unhappy and gnawed the bar's constantly and paced up and down all night..until she went to bed at 5am. I felt sorry for her so took advice from a pet group on Facebook. They said she was bored despite toys and chews in the cage. Bought a new cage which they recommended. Much happier hammie now and a larger floor space for her. Xx
Lovely cage. Good value for money. Excellent customer service.Only con is that the bed is quite difficult to remove to clean. Also wheel is too noisy. So we have removed it and replaced with a ufo one (quiet -lovely). Other than that it's a good cage. Many thanks.
I ordered this but requested it not to be delivered because it wasn't big enough for th Syrian Hampstead it's not a negative review but the information we received on people who purchased it for their Hampstead said it shouldn't be advertised as large because it's not it's only suitable for small Hampster the the
I bought this to house an abandoned dwarf hamster that came into work. She loves it as it's spacious enough for her.It was a bit fiddly to put together and you have to be careful not to put too much pressure on the ladders as the plastic is quite flimsy.The only drawback is having to lift the whole cage off the base to get to the hamster as the two cage doors are blocked by the ramps and levels, hence only the four stars.
Only took 1 night for our hamster to get out. The roof on the house is rubbish and leads out the cage. RIP to gus gus. Very upset children
Spacious cage lots of different interest for the hampster. Only thing is the plastic platforms are not great quality and easily snap as your clipping them onto the cage.
