Delivery was prompt and polite. The rug was left right at the front door, as requested. The rug was easy to remove from the packaging and was exactly as described. It appears to be excellent quality material for such a reasonable price. I will definitely purchase again from T & W. It has made the perfect addition to my reading nook

I did a lot, I mean a LOT, of research to find the right rug for my outdoor setting. I kept coming back to T&W as the price was right and it was exactly what I wanted. I was concerned about purchasing from T&W though and of potential delivery issues/delays.Despite current circumstances, it arrived quickly and I'm extremely happy with the rug. It looks fantastic. It was a little misshapen after being rolled up, but once it's down the kinks work their way out.Super happy with it.

I absolutely love this rug, it's perfect for my new created kids "games room" for the beach house. Love the coastal look and light colour goes well,with our American washed oak floors. It really completes the look. I love everything about it, the feel the colour and look. It came well wrapped up but it was delivered to the wrong address to our neighbours and sat out in the rain for days.....hopefully it was fine. Pls T&W deliver to the right address and leave in an undercover spot next time.

Versatile mat, great when you don't want to spend a lot of money especially when you have pets. Came with a few greasy spots where the twine meets but came off with water. Easy to wipe if you have spills. End of day I got it as I have a dog and didn't want to put my good rugs down. So a non fuss mat that still looks good.

I was reluctant to buy a jute rug, as I've seen them in furniture stores and they looked cheap and didn't sit flat. This rug is fantastic! Within a few hours of unrolling, it sat flat and is nice and thick. The colour is lovely and gives a nice natural look. Colour is lighter than in photo due to shadow from light. It also vacuums well and is perfect for a rug under a dining table. Temple and Webster are fantastic to buy from; Everything is of excellent quality and well packaged. Delivery is always quick and communication excellent if you have a problem. Highly recommend for online shopping for homewares.

I love this rug in every way except it is the wrong blue for my room. I understand buying blue is hard online..maybe someitimes a ocuple of comparison swatches can help people choose. .. I experimented my medium blue throw blanket in the photo but that possibly looks grey to people I favor four starts tho because the rug is lovely and much softer on bare feet than I thought it would be and gives nice beachy vibe to the room.

I love this rug! Gorgeous range of natural tones. Soft under your feet. Smells nice. Sits nice and flat. My dog loves to lie on it. So glad I ordered the largest size - looks so luxurious for a very reasonable price. Ordered on a Sunday and delivered by Wednesday. What's not to love!

My rug looks nothing like the picture presented here. It arrived looking dirty, worn and made of old rope. Not at all like the golden rug presented here. I have taken this up with customer service and sent them photos. Whilst they have responded in a timely and courteous manner reassuring me I have received the correct product. I'm sure I have received the right product. I know I can send it back at my expense. That's not the point the point is what they're showing you it's not what you get. !!

The experience of buying the rug online was excellent . Very pleased with it. Only comment I have is that darker part is more brown than charcoal in colour. Colour description though is very subjective and for me this was not a problem.
