Marketing hype has made the world stupid. We all buy Chinese products but powerful marketing firms make us believe they are superior one way or another. Like a bike rod Brand in Africa. Made in China, but marketed as a superior product. Now Rovex on the other hand is openly made in China but not hype not rubbish. Tons of quility, technology shooting far behind its weight. No hype. No marketing. Just value for money that people don’t seem to get anymore. Got a Shimano Vanford. Brilliant. But I look at at stripped down into pieces and struggle to justify the price over my Exo Strike. By expensive if you got money to burn, otherwise Rovex is all you will ever need. Not endorsing Rovex. Great little 1000 reel, buttery smooth action and 8 pound braid flies off the reel with no catching at all. Very happy with my purchase.
