Extremely happy.Temple & Webster are excellent to deal with. Responded to queries immediately both by phone and online.I actually returned the first runner for an exchange for this one. They made it very easy to do the transaction. Delivery and return was prompt and extremely easy to arrange with them. Temple and Webster were very helpful and I will use them again for sure. Excellent service.

I ordered this rug for a bedroom. It is a lovely addition to the room as it brightens up the decor. Beautiful shades of blue on a background of light cream. Speedy delivery was greatly appreciated.

Very pleased with the speed of service and communication in terms of the purchase. Not so happy with the quality of the product - yet. There is a very clear scar across one end of the rug which I'm hoping will settle soon. If not, I'll will be looking to exchange it please for another rug. Please see attached photos. Lovely pattern and vibrant colour. Only issue is due to the plush thickness, my roborock vacuum can't climbe up on the rug.
