My beloved granny cat Grace started to suddenly show her age and lose weight. Thanks to Royal Canin Ageing 12+, her appetite returned, she's getting the right nutrition, gained weight and is full of the joys of spring. I'm delighted!

My cat loves this food. Despite trying to change up the variety of food he eats, it's the Royal Canin Ageing 12 plus gravy he enjoys the most. I feel by giving him this food, the lower fat content is healthier for him. His general health and condition of his coat is testament to this nutritious food.

My old Burmese cat is rather picky about the food he eats, and when he likes something, he tends to swallow it without chewing... then vomits! The consistency of the 12+ ADULT CAT WET FOOD makes that difficult for him; so we may be onto a winner!!

Both my cats are 13 years of age and since they have been eating this Seniors food they are chasing each other around the house and across the yard, leaping onto fences like young cats. I like the fact this food contains EPA/DHA fatty acids for joint health. Prevention being better than cure I am hoping to prevent arthritis as they get older.
I needed to find something extra tasty for my elderly cat (14), because she has been given medication and I really wanted to avoid poking tablets down her throat. She usually prefers dry food, but I thought I'd try mixing her medication in this because the reviews confirm that it is extremely palatable. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my cat went absolutely nuts when she got a whiff of the food and enthusiastically licks the bowl clean everytime, even with the powder mixed in!!
My 16 year old cat was becoming uninterested with his usual wet food, I tried other brands that cater to older cats but he still wouldn't finish the meal. I decided to try this brand and he LOVES it! Finishes the whole pouch! I notice it is easier for him to chew up and he seems happier. so I'm happy :)
My 20year old Misty has got to the stage where she is not eating enough.to maintain her weight. I was desperate & decided to try Royal Canin 12+ pellets & wet food….bingo, she loves the food & now eats with a bit more gusto.
This is one of the very few foods that my 16 years old cat is happy to eat. Unusually, with this product, she'll eat all of it to leave nothing left in her bowl. She has had most of her teeth extracted due to gum disease so with many other foods she just licks off the gravy or jelly but with this one she eats the solid bits as well so she is getting better nutrition from it.
Moved our cats into Royal cabin when we brought our 14 year old senior lady home - tremendously better than the Felix she had been eating! We give this to both our cats (1 is 2yr and the other 14yr) and they love it - our senior lady comes running at the mere suggestion she may get an extra sachet! Checked with our vets that it was suitable for the younger cat and got the full sign off - has all the same nutritional benefit as regular royal canin adult but with some additional ingredients obvs for the older cats to get extra support so that was a big factor in the decision Definitely recommend!
I have 2 senior cats - one of them is a bit of a fussy eater. Both sniffed the Royal Canin 12 plus dry food & decided it was great. Usually there is leftover dry food in both their bowls but not with this. Now they nag for dinner each night - usually before it's time to have it. They have only been on it for 3 days so I can't comment on any health impacts. To find a good quality dry food that they both love is a bonus. My only concern is that they might become bored with the flavour, but for now they love it.
