Just a few crunch and swallow.The bag instruction recommends brushing the teeth still for dental health. So no point buying this dental kibbles if tooth brushing is still essential.

Our cat (he/him) had a large amount of plaque formation/growth on his right canine.... the vet wanted over 1.5k to remove it.... sister went to petbarn and they recommended we change his dry food. Few months later and the plaque/infection on his tooth is 90% gone. Also, he usually regurgitates his dry food but this isnt the case with this dry food & to top it off, he actually enjoys eating his dry food now. Win win !

I have 2 incredible Burmese Kats, & the breed is one of those susceptible to teeth & gum issues. My cats really like this product. But I’m not happy about the way I bought it. It was buy one get one half price. Being a member my price was about $10 cheaper than normal price. BUT when I went to pay I had to pay full price. So the total price difference was only about $1-2. Why buy 2 at a time when one would have done
They seem to like it. Sometimes they munch it down into smaller kibble then leave it🤣 I suppose the big kibble is to help them brush their teeth, however it seems they don't usually finish the bowl like they do with some other brands. Ill do another review after their dentist visit and see how good they went. ♡
Our kitten arrived from a rescue home with such bad gingivitus that the vets suggested removing all his teeth. He always had inflamed gums and disliked having his head touched as it was obviously sensitive - which made brushing/cleaning his teeth and everything else we tried difficult. Although we'd had a cat with no teeth before, and she'd coped well, we wanted to avoid tooth removal if possible and started the Royal Canin Oral about 3 years ago. We occaisionally swap it out for other oral brands, to give him a change , but he seems to love this one and the vet is impressed with the state of his teeth and gums. We have the occaisional flare up, but generally so much better and he is ok with having his head scratched, so seems much happier.
