I had intended to use up my 3.5kg bag of Indoor +7 and then make the change but then I read somewhere that cats can be intolerant to corn, which features numerous times in the ingredients list for this dry food. I immediately stopped using it as well as all corn based snacks and the difference has been remarkable. I now feed Bozita which works out the same price as Whiskas pouches from the supermarket. My cat's stools are now brilliant. After months of following him into the room to check and clean his bum (he has long fur which accumulates a lot of dingleberries) and even having to pin him down and shave him, this makes such a difference to both of our lives. He no longer drinks water from his bowl at all yet he urinates at least 3 times a day and poops just once, whereas before it was the other way around. He poops way less because he is able to utilise the food properly and does not need to constantly eject all the filler rubbish. Whilst I'm sure this particular type of dry food is good in comparison to some, I will never feed my cat or any future cat dry food again. It's just not worth the convenience or risk.

Royal Canin is the only food I trust for my cats. I know that the ingredients used are the best and my cats really enjoy it. The food is the perfect size and I really like that it’s a resealable bag as it keeps the food really fresh. I like that the food has all the nutrients my cats need. I would highly recommend anyone with pets to use Royal Canin food. The price is great for such a high quality product.

(Rewarded Review) My mature cat loves it
31 October 2024

Never seen my cat so excited to eat! It comes in a resealable bag which is great to keep the food fresh. It’s 7+ so it has ingredients like vitamin C, EPA and DHA to help keep her active and strong. At $40 for a 3 lb bag it is a little bit pricier. Even though my girl does seem to love it I will have to see what she’s like on it for a while because she does tend to have complications bringing up hairballs so she already on a hairball food diet. We’ll have to see if this works for her.

(Rewarded Review) Overall a great product .
15 November 2024

Overall a great product and a hit with one of my two cats… my older gal can’t get enough of it, I’ve noticed an overall improvement in her body composition and vitality. I love the resealable packaging and it’s overall easy to find in my local pet store. I find its price comparable to many of the other brands within this category. I’d definitely recommend to anyone and will be continuing to purchase it for my cat that loves it’My super picky eater went along with the transition until we hit half way and she started picking out her old food as I increased for them to 100 she stopped eating unfortunately, I’ve tried a few other option with her but, to no avail.

RC Indoor Mature Cat
27 June 2024

My 2 Birman cats like it very much. One 13yrs old the other 11yrs old. They don't have meal time but graze at their leisure. Just hope they continue to graze on their RC dental as well once they get used to both being out for them. It's only been a wk since I switched from RC hairball to the mature indoor. They've been on the Dental since I took them on about 8 yrs ago & I don't want to stop that. Hoping once the novelty wears off they will graze on both as they did with the hairball and dental.
