I was sold a 2kg bag by my vet at a very expensive price of almost £30.00. Been purchasing 4kg from Animed for just a few pounds more. It is a great product and works.

This is the only dry food my cat can tolerate as he has a very sensitive stomach. (The hedgehogs in the garden are also very partial!) It’s expensive but Animed Direct have priced it very competitively, and delivery is prompt & free of charge. Highly recommend.

My cat was being constantly sick, blood test showed she had Gaul bladder issues plus she was terribly overweight - vet recommended trying her on these, she was a bit fussy at first and she had to be tempted by way of adding a treat or two to the mix, brilliant results, she has lost a lot of weight and still appears to be herself, sickness has stopped with minimal grass eating. From what I read, I believe this product bulks their stomachs to prevent them from being sick and in turn makes them feel full; I have noticed that she drinks more so keep lots of fresh water nearby, I don’t know how long she needs to be on this particular food as a follow up appointment with the vet is due soon. I know it’s expensive but it would appear it lasts longer as she doesn’t eat as ... Can't speak for the cats but I thought it looked OK and smelt less offensive than most but as to taste ... I wasn't tempted. The cat it was meant for has eaten only a tiny amount whereas the other cat binges on it. So I'd say that was a 50/50 result really. Costs an arm and a leg - can get same 50/50 result for cats giving them a tin of tuna (and I could provide a personal taste review on that if required).
I took Simmy as a 20 year old rescue 15 months ago. He was already on Royal Canin with some wet food so I continued with it. He loves it and often prefers it to the wet food. He doesn't have many teeth so the small pieces are perfect for him. It keeps his tummy happy and regular. His coat is better than I would expect for his age. It's not the cheapest way to feed him, but worth every penny if it keeps him well and happy. Animed is cheaper than getting it locally, even with delivery charges. Quick delivery and very helpful staff when I did have a question. Very satisfied customer.
Seems like a good product, but unfortunately no good for my 13 year old lady who was being sick every day and night. (Sorted now thank goodness after moving her off ALL dry food. Now on App laws Senior wet food - only type she'll take)
My two old Ragdoll cats where poorly with feline corona virus one close to possible death , with this product and nutraflora they have both managed to fight the virus. They have sprung back to kitten life ! Highly recommend this product .
