I've always chosen from the Royal Canin range with my cats' approval! Royal Canin have formulas covering all feline needs usually for internal issues. When I discovered Hair Skin Care I couldn't the difference in Brie's coat. She is a medium hair shorthair rescue and always had a nice coat. But this formula has made an enormous "visible" improvement .. so soft and fluffy even my Vet commented on her beautiful coat. Thank you Royal Canin!

I switched my 3 cats dry food to the Royal Canin Hair and Skin 4 weeks ago. They certainly liked it and their coats were looking shiny after 3 weeks. But then, around week 3 all 3 cats developed flaky lesions on their backs with hair loss on the lesions. There was absolutely no change, environmentally or stress-related that would have caused all 3 cats to break out like this at the same time except this food. After an expensive trip to vet for all 3 cats, we deduced it was the food and all are now on antibiotic tablets and a disinfectant spray for the lesions plus a follow up vet visit in 10 days. My boy absolutely loves this food. He is always beautiful and shiny and handsome. I mix it 1:1 with the calming mix and he's always waiting at the feeder for the food to come down.

I have been buying this from another store and the cats were eating it perfectly. I bought two 2kg bags from Petcircle and suddenly they seemed to not want to eat the food anymore. Seems very strange since there's been no change to the amount given and that all three cats have gone off it, not just one.
Our cat has a skin allergy. He gets small lesions which get very sore and bleed. We have spent hundreds of s on him over just one year, keeping the lesions at bay though steroids and antibiotics. We decided to try these biscuits as wed read good reviews. His last lesion has not disappeared but does seem to be getting smaller - the first time this has ever happened without medication. I am hopeful this is the answer. He doesnt like the taste as much as his last biscuits but he doesnt mind them, and actually thats quite good as he is overweight - so now eating less
One of my cats was experiencing hair loss on her back near her tail, I was told it was likely an allergy and to formally diagnose would cost a lot of money, so instead I should try supplementing with fish oil (we knew it wasn't a food allergy as they were completely grain free at this point). After trying many different fish oil supplements that all 3 of my cats turned their noses up at, I bought this food as it contains the omega 3 & 6 which are supposed to be beneficial. Within the 3 weeks mentioned on the packet, her hair started growing back and all 3 cats now have soft silky coats and no more issues! If your cat has a skin allergy I highly recommend this product.
My rescue cat had been fed Royal Canin Hair and Skin at her foster home so I bought the same so that she would have food she was familiar with and enjoyed. My two other cats also loved it and the fur for all three was glossy and in good condition. Have continued buying it ever since and they never tire of its flavour although other foods loose their interest. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.
I buy this Cat food from another retailer because Pets at Home don't stock it in either our local Letchworth Garden City or Biggleswade Pets at Home store. This baffles me especially when I can buy it from Pets at Home online. It's more economical to buy all our pets food at the same time rather than some here and some there. This cat food is brilliant because for our elderly long haired in door cat it gives her needed vitamins plus deals with her hairball issues effectively, more effectively than Royal Canins Indoor or Hairball versions. Please can we have Hair and Skin on our shelves locally?
My cats love royal canine if j run out and buy a box of less expensive biscuits they really complain. I've bought from this company twice now and the send good out immediately. Highly recommend both the company and this product.
I have some rescue kits and this improves their skin condition dramatically. When I ran out of the product they got dandruff back again. At least I know this really works for me.
