When moving out and taking one of the family cats in addition to my own, I couldn’t have found out quicker that the other type from my parents had HB control. I kept finding black joints of hair everywhere. I tried the can food but the cat didn’t really understand how to eat chunky wet food. I was so happy to find this because I switched 2 years ago, and haven’t found a single hair ball from either cats since. I pair this with weight care, and they love it.

Let m start by saying that I have been feeding my seven year old kitty the original Indoor Intense Hairball 34 for the past eight months. The original formula was wonderful. My kitty loved it and went from having constant hairballs, to having basically none. Unfortunately last week I purchased a bag of the new formula. Within two days of feeding it to my kitty he had a SEVERE allergic reaction. He was vomiting non stop every twenty minutes to the point I had to take him for an emergency visit with my vet who confirmed it was a severe allergic reaction. My kitty is an indoor kitty and the only change was the food. Please be careful when trying this new formula. Fortunately my sweet boy will be ok. I just hope no other kitties have to suffer like he did.

I have used this product for a long time and my cats really enjoy it and it certainly helps with hairballs. The problem I have is the bag closure. It does not hold up for long and will not re-seal after awhile. Consider replacing with the velcro closure that is on Hills Science Diet cat food. It works perfectly. Thank you.

My cats have been eating the hairball formula for quite somem time, hairball condition have been hugely reduced from being a weekly symptom to 3+ months symptom. This really helps as I have 3 cats, image you have to clean up after each of them on a daily basis. Highly recommend.
I've found this to be an excellent choice to reduce (though not completely eliminate) hairballs from my two female cats. They are very bonded and do so much mutual grooming, that they had a major hairball problem - and I was forever cleaning up after them. After using this kibble for some time, things are so much better. And two bonuses are they both love this kibble (even my fussy eater) and I am happy to know I'm providing a healthy diet for them in other ways at the same time.
I recommend this product because my cat will eat it and it decreases the hairball issues.I also recommend Pet Circle for an EXCELLENT delivery service. You can manage your orders through your account and it is easy to change your delivery schedule should you need to. Orders arrive in a very timely manner. Thank you for a reliable and efficient service.
My medium haired cat eats mostly wet food (raw), but suffered from pretty regular hairballs (every 2-4 days). It got to where every morning I'd make sure I turned on the light before walking across the apartment lest I step in a cold, squishy hairball. I started adding a small grain free kibble meal at bedtime (10pm) to see if that minimized the hairball vomiting in the early mornings by giving her stomach something to do. It helped a little, but I would still get at least 1-3 a week.I feed RC to my dog, and so I decided to try the RC Hairball dry food. She is only getting 1/8 cup scoop at night and I haven't seen ONE SINGLE HAIRBALL since. It's been almost a month now. She also loves it and digests it very well (no upset in stool quality). My cat has only started eating Royal Canin as of 2 to 3 days ago so it's hard to make a proper comment yet. She has been eating Hills Science Diet for 14 years and there is a difference between the two in the size of the product. I was concerned to read in the above description that this type of Royal Canin Hairball (RCH) product is suitable for cats of age 1 to 7 years. My cat is age 14 and I previously always bought Senior cat food. When I was directed to RCH as being suitable to buy I was of the understanding that is was suitable for Senior cats also. I now have 8kg of RCH so I hope it is! I cannot yet make a comment as to whether it is suitable or not unfortunately.
My kitty has constipation. We discovered a couple of years ago that the Intense Hairball dry food greatly helped her have better, more productive stools. We loved the Intense Hairball formula. We just purchased the new version of this food and her stools have reverted to being dry, hard, marble-sized balls. The new version does have some modifications to the ingredients. For what it's worth, my kitty LOVES the food. It obviously tastes very good to her as she begs to be fed at feeding time. And she cleans her plate. This new formula may also be great for hairballs which is its primary purpose but I am very sad that it no longer seems to benefit her motility issues.
Milbry have been a life saver. I had been let down by my regular pet suppliers and frantically looked for food I needed for my pets. I chanced upon Milbry, and what a wonderful fine. They had an enormous amount of pet food, reasonably priced. The shop has many interesting options from pets to homeware. I thought the website was very professional looking and easy to navigate. Milbry now have earned my continued custom. I have fed my cat Royal Canin for many years. She over grooms making her skin sore. Her coat is now silky and thick, skin healthy. I only feed her the best.

A combination of minerals help maintain a functioning urinary tract, while amino acids keep their eyes, heart and coat on top form. Key benefits complete balanced meal for adult cats blend of minerals to keep the urinary tract healthy amino acids for a strong heart and bright eyes dietary fibres keep excess hair moving through the gut ‘intense anti-hairball complex’ is twice as effective at preventing hairballs than regular food When to use it If your cat is a long-haired breed, they may be more prone to hairballs than short-haired pets.
