The canned food was easy to open for the kids to feed the dogs, the food itself had quite a strong smell (we use dry food and cooked chicken, carrot etc so not use to the smell of wet dog food) and we chose to feed our dogs outside when feeding them this product, we liked using it in conjunction with dry food and provided an extra challenge in the slow feeder bowl one of our dogs used and liked it especially for this reason. We would definitely look to buy this and incorporate in their existing diet.I received this product as a gift for my honest review.

Was pleasantly surprised with Royal canin food,my German shepherd can be a fussy eater but was interested as soon as I opened the can. The mousse like texture is great for licky mats as it's a smooth loaf there is no jelly like residue like with many loaf style can foodsI received this product as a gift for my honest review.

Easy to carve into the right portionsI also like the size of the can. My dogs absolutely love it. My boy in particular has started hopping backwards, because he was so keen to have this for dinner.Not runny, or smelly which is a bonus.This product was gifted to me for the purpose of a fair and honest review.
I wanted to like this dog food, but right from the start I have some minor quibbles. The food doesn't slide out of the can, making it annoying to get a spoon to scoop it out. And the farts, oh my goodness, my dogs usually don't smell but after starting them on this I've changed to feeding it in the morning as any of this at night time stinks the house out. Perfect product. My two labs loved this product. The packaging was fantastic. My dogs loved this mixed with dry food and I've noticed they're losing weight and not struggling as much to get around and play. Great product.

I was given the Maxi Royal Canin Loaf tin to sample and was very excited to receive it and share with some friends.My dog initially turned his nose to it, so I gradually mixed small amounts in with his food.I found the tin easy to open with a ring pull tab. The actual loaf was very compacted and easy to spoon into the dog bowl.My dog gradually became used to the loaf but I still had to mix it into his food, or he wouldn't eat it.His friends however thoroughly enjoyed it and were eagerly waiting for more.I guess my dog is just fussy and didn't like texture.Received product for impartial review.
