Since using this food my cat has had no problems. He had many operations on his urinary tract before and constant blockages. To be honest, I didn't think this food would work, but 7 years down the line my cat is problem free. Just wish they would make more flavours as cats have to eat this for the rest of their lives, so only having one flavour available for them sucks.

The product I usually purchase was unavailable (thanks, COVID, floods, the world at large) and this product was the alternative. It took a few days for my boy to get used to the new food but I started off feeding him 50 old /50 new and slowly added more of the new product as the days went by. Two days ago he was only getting this procduct. And he has scoffed the lot. There has been no indication of any physical reaction to the change of diet. Happy with the change.

My cat's survival depends on Royal Canin Veterinary Urinary S/O. Many years ago my cat became very ill. He could not urinate, could not walk and he was so not himself.I got him to the vet just in time where he was diagnosed with a feline disease.After his operation to remove crystals from his bladder he was started on Urinary SO. He improved greatly and has lived another ten years with hopefully a lot more to come.

Our young male cat suffered from recurring urinary tract issues over a couple of years resulting in numerous, and expensive, vet visits and surgeries. We were told that he must go on a strict prescription quality urinary food diet, and having tried all of the options available this is the food that he would actually eat all of ! Thankfully he's had no recurrences of his previous issues since he's been solely on this diet ! I do add some water into the pouch after all the food has been tipped into his bowl mixing it with any leftover gravy inside the pouch to maximise the wet benefits of this food and tip that over the food in his bowl.
My cats have been on this food for most of their lives due to health issues. They both really enjoy the flavour. I get their smaller bag as I do find the food gets a bit stale towards the end of the bag, they're happy to eat it but I think this would be a bigger problem with a bigger bag. My vet recommend I purchase it through pet circle as their pricing is better than what the vet could offer me. I have it set up for auto delivery and it has been a great experience. Any issues and the support team has been fast and effective at resolving them.
My 7 year old male cat got bladder crystals a couple of months ago. The recommended this food. Fortunately he loves it. My female also loves it. It is keeping my boy healthy. It was very expensive to buy at the vet. I get a much better price from Petcircle.
My cat Freddie uses this product together with the wet pouches for the same problem. He kept getting stones in his bladder and was unable to pass urine. After two huge vet bills we started to use these products which helps to dissolve the stones. Since using them he has not had any more problems and not had to go back to the vets.
The product is excellent when we receive it. Ordered from you many times before with no problem. This time delivery is appalling. Stiĺl not delivered after two weeks. .. dpd are a joke ... but not a very funny one
We had problems with our cat Freddie who had to go to the vets twice as he suffered badly from his urinary tract becoming blocked. And nearly died. On each occassion we had two very large veterinary bills for over 3k in total. We were told what the problem was but not how to control it. It was only by chance that the vet gave us what was left over in the box of cat food that we realised it was a special food given to him while he was recovering at the practice. I queried this with them and was told it was to help prevent it happening again. Why they didn't tell us the first time or second time i don't know. Since using this and doing away with the dried food we now have a very happy cat.
