Mugs rather than cups but that fits in with the style. Enjoyed the tapas plates too- variety of designServing dishes a good size. I'd like to buy the small oblong serving plates but JL don't stock them ( yet) the prices in John Lewis was less than elsewhere. Bought them while on offer so very happy

I loved the design as soon as I saw it, & decided immediately to order one, plus a side plate, dinner plate & cereal bowl. Royal Doulton, you can't go wrong for value with this name. I have used it a few times for pasta dishes, but have also had stews & a chilli con carne in it. Very versatile. So, pretty, versatile, excellent quality & at a good price.

Bought these as I've already purchased the small plates, dinner plates and bowls which are delightful and smaller than usual so ideal for encouraging smaller or lighter meals. The bowls are great for nibbles too. These larger bowls are gorgeous and I'm using them to serve salads and pasta as they look lovely in the centre of the table with the other items I have. I really love the design and quality of this porcelain.

Im really pleased we finally added these to the rest of the set. They are not only really good looking, but a really solid weight and are really robust. So, they feel 'special' whilst also being everyday .A really great size, we tend to use them for all foodstuffs, not just pasta!
