I bought this shoes from Myntra. I am unable to claim warranty on these shoes from manufacturer - Adidas. They said products bought online are excluded from warranty.Adidas shoes in this segment have a plastic fixed to support heel but it dislocates quickly and then becomes main reason for discomfort.

These shoes are very nice. My husband says they are comfortable, feel good, and he loved the pop of color. We got them on sale so that was a bonus. We have to be careful when purchasing shoes because he has had many procedures done so when we do find a good pair we go back to buy more. His feet don’t get hot with these and there is enough room to add his special insole. Will definitely buy another pair.

Purchased 11W based on my current footwear. When the shoes arrived, the length and shape was right, but they were entirely too narrow and tight between my arch and the balls of my feet. Unbearably tight. If you NEED a wide fit, look elsewhere.
My husband does not have smelly feet. He wore these once and the shoes smelled horrible. We took them back the next day and DSW said because he wore them once, they would not do an even exchange for a different pair. You could tell my husband just got them. Only because we said he wore them once, they would not exchange them. So now we are out the money for these shoes! We think someone wore them and returned them and they put them out on the shelf. We are very disappointed in DSW.
