Russell Hobbs 11-in-1 Digital Multi Cooker - RHPC3000

I love a good multi-cooker. I specifically bought it for the slow cooking function, as well as saute.Basically you can saute/brown your meat that you want to slow cook and then add everything else and leave it on - meaning less dishes. My partner tends to order uber eats as neither of us want to cook when we get home - so this has already paid itself off with simple dishes that are kept warm until we are ready.Pros- fairly straight forward to use even though it's slightly different from my preferred brand (they went out of business).- easy to clean as there's only really three parts- they've added a bake and yoghurt functionCon- the beep and noise is so loud and high pitched - I would love to be able to do something about that as I am noise sensitive. ... MoreI love a good multi-cooker. I taught myself to cook with a slow cooker that had less functions - if you're sick of seeing your money go into food delivery, it's well worth the investment even though it's a little more than I wanted to pay for it (I waited til new year sales and shopped around online).But please, for the sanity of everyone in this small apartment building, please make a sliding volume button for that ear piercing screeching beep. It sounds like our fire alarm - at least we can laugh about it now.It would be nice to have the option of an additional bowl so customers could cook rice in one, then their main in another.

Excellent MultiCooker

I love how this multicooker takes the place of so many other kitchen items, with a relatively small benchtop footprint it makes for a less cluttered benchtop and a more enjoyable cooking experience. No more browning in another pan and then transferring it to the cooker, this little wonder does both, thus saving time on cleaning up. Everything we tried was done to perfection from the risotto, to the yoghurt, to the slow cooked dinners. I had never used a pressure cooker before and was suitably impressed at just how quickly I could get a delicious dinner on the table. The preprogramed functions take all the guess work out of cooking times and temperatures and make using the appliance very simple. One small problem I had was trying to put the lid for the first on under artificial light - I should have looked at it earlier in the day - it was quite tricky to see the little black arrows that you were meant to line it up with. Otherwise it is super easy to use, very versatile in what it can accomplish and clean-up is a breeze.

Fantastic multi cooker

I love this appliance! I currently have a slow cooker and a pressure cooker, but the fact that I can have them both in the one appliance is so convenient and space saving.The functions on the appliance make it so easy to use. The functions are very intuitive and there is no guessing on cooking time, the appliance does that for you and everything is perfectly cooked each time. Whether it be a slow cooked pork, a risotto or pressure cooked corned beef, everything was cooked to perfection.The steam function is amazing - very easy to steam dumplings and enjoy restaurant quality results, rather than a sloppy mess that is stuck together. The only down side is that the appliance can only cook a small number of dumplings at any one time, so it does take a while to steam ... MoreI love this appliance! First attempt at Pressure Cooking

As my first attempt at using a pressure cooker, I found it very easy to follow the instructions. It may take a little while to understand how much time to allow for it to build pressure before it can begin the cook cycle - dinner was a little later than expected. I attempted the Massaman Curry, it was tasty and enjoyed by all the family. It had a little more liquid than I am used to but the meat and potatoes fell apart after the 30 minute cooking time which was perfect. The cooking pot was easy to wipe out and clean. I liked that the outside of the unit didn't overheat, so it wasn't hot to the touch which is a good safety factor with kids in the house. Great

I love how convenient it is easy with four kids and it was actually very very easy to use. The recipe we made turned out so delicious. And I can't wait to try all the different functions on the cooker and different recipes now. My picky kids even loved the dish we made with the cooker. I honestly will highly recommend this to all my friends and family. Such a great multi cooker and it's great for busy family's making dinner time so much easier. 11 in 1 is definitely a bonus and it is actually very easy to clean too. And the cooker itself doesn't take up too much space which is also a big bonus

Personally, I recommend for any working family to have one, or even just people who lack motivation to cook (I'm looking at you, chronically depressed people) I use this for the slow cooker function. Granted, it's not as great as a normal low/high function one with a set timer, but it does the job. "Sear" option reduces the amount of clean up to do and is what you expect from a multi cooker. Downside is you can't do anything about the beep - can't change tone or make it slightly quieter. But none of these cookers allow it, it's just a pet hate I have when living in a small apartment. Really Nice Looking, But Missing 1 Feature

I like almost everything about this unit. Competitive price, good warranty, pleasant styling, good finish. It's easy to use, though you will need some recipes or guess work to start with.However the one annoying thing that bugs me is that there is no timer to show how long its been on the warm mode during natural release. So many things will suggest X minutes of cooking and then X minutes of natural release. Unless you are standing over it, or near enough to here the quite beeps and start a separate timer its very hard to know how long its been done. With an after cooking has finished timer it would be a much better walk away and let it do its thing device.

Sleek and Efficient!

This multicooker is so versatile. I have really enjoyed being able to utilise this appliance as part of my weekly routine to make some of my favourite dishes like risotto, and that it also comes with new recipes to try for the future. There's just so much you can do with this appliance with a press of a button, and not to mention that it combines multiple appliances that we have into one meaning a less cluttered bench top! It is in a beautiful matte black with a digital display. Highly recommend for any household!

Super quick cooking!

The Russell Hobbs 11-in-1 Digital Multi Cooker makes super quick work of cooking food that would take triple the time on the stovetop - amazing! I made three of the recipes in the booklet provided with the multi cooker, and enjoyed all three of them: two soups and a risotto. The pot is a stylish looking black finish, with a sturdy non-stick cooking pot inside. I used a number of the automatic functions, including soup/curry, sauté, manual, risotto and keep warm - all worked really well. It's fantastic to be able to make risotto without the continuous stirring needed on a stovetop, and in 17 minutes of cooking time, which included sautéing the onions first! Wow! Very convenient

Never used non stick pots before. First time experience. I used stainless steel pressure cooker in past and only good quality stainless steel and enameled cookware. Reason being is that conventional non stick materials are proven to be toxic to humans and animals. Before trying this cooker, have tried to find what materials are used in the making of non stick surface. If the "old version" of non stick teflon from dupont has been replaced by something non toxic to humans. Could not find any information anywhere on Russell Hobbs website. Contacting their customer service.Cooker itself is very convenient. It is pressure cooker as well as slow cooker. Outside surface doesn't get hot, so safe if animals or kids are playing around. Will not use it for now until RH gets back to me in regards to materials used.
