Several times I have noticed when Iāve put it in for 3 minutes to sterilise my MAM baby bottles the microwave has gone over the 3 minute and continued to go the first time this happened I was in the kitchen so noticed and stopped it to find it had melted the bottle. This time I had put it on a 3 minute timer came upstairs to feed my 3 month old baby to then have the fire alarms going off and find that again the microwave did not stop at 3 minutes it carried on going and set on fire leaving my whole house covered in smoke and me trying to put the fire out. Absolutely do not recommend and I will be making official complaints to Russell Hobbs

Bought to replace old microwave which was starting to corrode inside. Very pleased so far, easy to use and looks fab. Love the white interior, much prefer this to the darker ones Iāve had previously. Only 700w so having to tweak the heating/cooking times a wee bit but not so much as to be a nuisance. Great choice of colours, opted for the green and loving it!

I bought this last Wednesday and I was pleased with the design and look of the microwave it would. Enhance anyone's kitchen but it was obvious it was not working properly , 5 minutes to scramble 1 egg! It seems no matter which setting you choose to use they are all the same defrost! 30 mins for one baked potato with the result the skin burnt and the potato was still hard inside, doesn't even heat up a dish of baked beans proply, it is not fit for its purpose, despite the good look of this microwave do not buy you will waste your money and have the hassle to return it will be my second time today to hopefully get it collected for a refund as no one turned up yesterday to collect it

Really nice microwave, looks good and more expensive than it was, the full handle makes opening the door very easy, simple and very easy to operate.Enough settings for our needs as mainly used for re-heating pre cooked food and simple cooking e.g. baked potato'sAll things considered I'm very happy with my purchase.
Good Points: Looks better than most microwave ovens.Enamel inside is easy to clean.Compact and fits in small kitchens.Improvement Points: The wood effect plastic handle and dial look like they won't last very long.A bit slow to warm things, which is probably normal for 700w, but I would normally recommend 900w or more for general use. You can always use a higher power output oven at a lower setting, but this one is capped pretty low.Large bowls or rectangle shaped plates will not fit in this. It is rather on the small side.
I bought this on sale, mainly for its size and colour. Yes it not ls the biggest but the size is 17l and 700w is perfect for myself, all my dinner plates can fit. I'm not cooking a turkey in it!Buttons very easy to use, standard but some with express functions. Dial has a nice feel when rotating for adding time.The grey finish and mirrored, black door looks amazing in my kitchen. Wood effect handle feels nice to the touch.Very happy with purchase.
Good size microwave. Lovely colour and very easy to use. Easy to clean and it really compliments my kitchen. I'm very happy with it. Excellent quality/price.
Good Points: Looks lovely! The wood is smooth to the touch and the knobs are steady, not to flimsy so you can be exact with how long you wish to have the microwave on. Standard size, very modern looking, does what it needs to do. I don't have any complaints and it's been around a month of usage.Improvement Points: All good so far!
I bought the Russell jobs toaster & Kettle in store but was unable to get the āmatchingā microwave šl was told the store doesnāt hold this items ā¦. But they did have it in white and lots more microwaves. Because l loved the wood effect and the blue colour worked perfectly in my kitchen l paid for the microwave and arranged for delivery of the microwave the following week. Bit of a pain but like all good things sometimes you have to wait ! Loving the kettle & toaster, l had to wait 4 days for the delivery l waited all day and it didnāt arrive šbut the app at 23.45 still said out for delivery. Next morning it stated delivered š³so l checked in the garden incase l missed my midnight drop.
