I purchased Russell Hobbs sealer and replacement rolls a year ago. I would not be without this as I find it a big saving. I'm able to save money by buying fruit & veggies etc. in season, blanching, then freezing. Vacuum packed they stay more fresh than if frozen in snap lock bags.

This vacuum sealer I purchased is one of the best items I have in my kitchen. I think the replacement rolls are a bit expensive so only purchase when on sale.I purchased the cartridges, one for a friend and one for me, we are both impressed how they really do make water taste better.

We do quite a bit of fishing and putting fresh fillets into these sealed bags means they stay fresh for a long time and keep in the flavor
We have had our Russell Hobbs vacuum sealer for several years now, and it still does a great job. We buy our meat in big packs and separate our to vacuum pack. We have tried some of the other brands of plastic sleeves, but always come back to the original.
