uncomfortable. The grooves on the top leave marks on your hand and is very fatiguing. I can’t wear gloves, they hurt my hands. I have a trigger that clips onto the top of the
old style tried and true paint can. Very ergonomically designed. And of course the very last can leaked as other reviews have said, all over the place. I’ve used Rust Oleum

Horrible waste

Bought two cans, first one I shook using a drill attachment for mixing spray paint and by hand prior to spraying. As multiple people have said the paint sputtered out in big droplets and was worthless. Second can I shook by hand only for three minutes, but again the paint was a blotchy dripping mess of crap. Tried cleaning the tips and shaking the cans even more but it didn't matter. Extremely disappointed. Had to stop my project mid way through and get new paint.... Show more

multipule cans, multiple issues

I bought 2 of these. First one, the top wouldn't spray right (it would leak and not stop when you let go). The second cans top worked BUT, it would spit out air then start spraying again. Causing the painted parts to have blotches on them. Once that can was done, I switched tops and used the first can, and it did pretty good until about halfway through, then it did the same spray pattern as the first. Thankfully, im using it for hardwear in my garage and not something nice... Show more

I wanted to replace my old 3-handle tub faucets with matte black to match trim tile and the sink's new faucet. No one made matte black to fit so I decided to paint what I had. ME! I convinced myself it doesn't have to be perfect. I waited four months for warm weather to spray paint in the open carport. I watched how-to videos online (pretty scary but helpful), I read reviews, and even called an auto body shop that was too busy to paint for me, but graciously gave advice.Finally the big day came, I couldn't be better prepared. Three light coats the first day and two more a week later for good measure and to cover a thin area. I can't stress enough -- read and follow the directions. Wear a mask and gloves. Fantastic! Did a marvelous job. Almost instant drying, no running, no globs, no mess! I am a messy painter. Usually get as much on me as on project. Almost none on my hands with this spray! Covered in one coat with minor prep work. Just wiped down with windex on a lint free cloth to remove any dust or fingerprints. Highly recommend!... Show more

First the good:. When working properly it has a really nice fan shaped spray pattern instead of the usual cone shape. The paint comes out consistently with decent coverage. Almost everyone has read the directions to apply in thin coats but few actually do it. This paint has a super fast drying time and when applied in single slow passes with 10 minute intervals I get an excellent finish. Now for the bad and ugly:. The triggering mechanism has a nice feel to it, but about 50% of the cans that I have purchased leak all down the can. I always wear a latex glove and make sure the floor has been covered with a drop cloth. It's also important to not let the can itself pass over my project where drops from the leaking trigger drips directly on it. I only buy the Expresso ... MoreFirst the good:. Shook aggressively for 10 min then let cans sit for 30 min, shook for 2 min before first coat and 30 seconds before each subsequent coat with a swirling motion to keep spray smooth(think tornado in a jar). Very thin, needed a lot of coats for the door I was painting. 2.5 cans for a 72×30 door to get full coverage. Fast drying and durable when applied and cured properly(Three days for full scratch resistance). Trigger leaks a bit on every can. Where gloves, wipe the tip, and test spray before each coat to clear nozzle before applying paint to project.... Show more

Worse paint ever

I normally buy very cheap spray paint for my projects and a couple didn't turn out all that great. This was for a more important project so decided I'd spend some more on 'good' paint. This was the worst. Every time you hit the trigger it left splatter marks. The kind that show up even under several coats. I started having to spray it away from the surface I was painting, thereby wasting a good bit of it. The trigger was very hard to pull. The overspay was massive. Coverage was mediocre. I thought that since this was a primer in one it would cover better. Nope. I bought enough to do my project with enough extra for touch up and barely had enough for one coat. I will be buying something different when I go back to get what I need to finish.... Show more
