The Ryobi one plus cordless impact driver fits perfectly into the family of ryobi power tools. We have the cordless drill, reciprocating saw, circular saw, and sprayer. I was able to use a battery from one of my other tools. The battery fit well and it started right up. It has a great feel in my female hands and is a good weight for the product. It powered a screw into a solid board without a problem. I could feel it continuing to push the screw into the material.

RYOBI ONE+ 18V Cordless 1/4 in. Impact Driver was to replace an old Dewalt impact driver that I can’t get old Ni-Cad batteries for anymore and I’ve started to migrate over to the RYOBI ONE+ 18V platform, which in my opinion is a great value for what you get. This ¼ in Impact Driver drives everything I need from screws to large lag screws with ease. And the ONE+ 18V platform is versatile and fantastic.

The Walmart partner, EMBIE INDUSTRIES, misrepresented this driver, indicating that a belt clip was included. This was purchased as a gift, and the clip was an important part for my son, who the gift was for. When I expressed concern to Walmart, they indicated that EMBIE Industries would be in contact with me within 24 to 48 hours. Four days later, it appears that I will have to find a way to purchase the clip separately, from Ryobi.
I'm happy with my purchase. It makes working on the car and house really simple and speeds things up. I love the fact that it uses my One batteries so I don't have to buy anything extra. It's pretty powerful too! Some drills say that they're drill/drivers but don't have a lot of torque. This is a nice addition to any toolbox. I recommend it.
I have become accustomed to using power hand tools, bought this one as a spare for home use. Found it to be substantial enough for my needs around the house. My commercial tools are heavier duty so they remain 'on the job'.
This thing is strong and a great value. Easily drives 9/16 wood bit thru 4 inch stacked 2 x 4's. I use it for everything and like the quick disconnect. Slightly heavy with a 6AH battery attached.
