This is hard to find in stores, so I would suggest getting a sample of it online first, or if you blind buy it and decide it’s not for you I promise your dad will wear it.

Effective

In my honest opinion, the blackberry lemonade is my least favorite of all the Godzilla flavors. It’s just too hard to put down and the flavor is not too great. I will admit though formula does seem to be stronger than the strawberry kiwi flavor. If you don’t want the bitter stimulant taste I do not recommend this one. I do like the strawberry kiwi but the stimulant does not feel as intense on that one. If I were to recommend only one of the Godzilla flavors, it would have to be the original monster berry lime as that one has the best taste and still has a high level of stimulant. I’m not sure if the formula changed over the strawberry kiwi and blackberry lemonade, but the monster berry lime is the best of both.

On a empty double scoop you will feel the focus 8/10 and the pump 10/10 but the energy is lacking 5/10 will this may be obvious. In between sets it helps my mind focus intensely on the workout and the energy helps with the duration of the workout making you push to your limit, getting that extra rep and also the focus aspect will get you in the ZONE! side note there was no crash after taking the pre for double and or single scoop. When double scoopin there was a moment during my workout where my heart was racing way faster than anticipated feeling like death this is prob cuz of the caffeine but eventually that heart racing or pain will go ease away. In all Noel and ryse you all did a very fantastic job in creating one of the best pres I’ve had in awhile.

I'm a 53 year old male working long hours between 2 Jobs on top of taking care of our home. I don't always get the sleep my body needs, so my energy levels when I am working out aren't always there. I've been using the Godzilla Pre- Workout, blackberry lemonade, for about 3 months now. Mostly I take 1 scoop, tho on tough days I need that 2nd scoop to finish my workout. It mixes very well, I get the energy, focus & staying power I need to finish my workouts in good form where as I would crash & burn before I finished my last few sets. If i could, I'd give this a 4.8. It's a great pre-workout...my second favorite of the many I've tried over the years. It's strong enough to do a half scoop on days you aren't doing heavy workouts, or for a nice caffeine boost for your day, but a scoop is good. 2 scoops is unnecessary, unless you're going to do do 2 heavy workouts spaced out in a day.The taste is great...smells even better. It mixes very easily. It gives you the usual tingly feeling and the energy boost lasts for a while. No crash, of course, and it doesn't give me the jitters. It's a smooth boost of energy. Overall, great quality and pretty good price to quantity ratio.
