Take out the foam fromthe vacuum compressed package and let it expand to its original shape. This can take 24-48 hours or up to a few days. You may soak it in water for 10 seconds and wring out the water and let it air/blow dry.2. After expansion, apply self-adhesive or glue on the back of the foams and paste it to desired areas for soundproofing.Can be removed easily and reused for the second time.
