I was excited to see if the claims made by Sally Hansen were true or a complete gimmick to hop on the “clean trend” and sell this product. I was really surprised when I used their first plant-based formula for the first time! First of all, This is a good sized, heavy bottle and when I opened it, I immediately noticed the tapered brush. It went on smooth and streak free with very little effort. I had no chipping, peeling or cracking at all for a full 10 days of wear. The finish is buildable and comes out looking like perfectly buffed fingernails. The second time I tried it with the Sally Hansen Good. Kind. Pure. Hardener and then after the polish itself, the Sally Hansen Good. Kind. Pure. Top Coat. It’s been 14 days, and it’s STILL on my nails and looks just like the day I painted them. It’s not thick and does not clump. So, what is negative for me? I have to say the actual color and how many coats you need to achieve the opaque finish they show in most advertisements. It takes three full coats to get that opaque color and even then, it looks like your regular fingernail. Which, to be fair, is what they claim. Im completely extra and I use colors, stones, and charms on my nails all the time. But if you’re looking for natural, something to use as a French Manicure Base or even the Base for your next design. This is it! Plus, if you’re looking for vegan. This really is a great option with their 16-Free Plant-Based Formula. So when receiving enough nail polish from Sally Hansen my nails were a complete wreck from all of this remodeling. So my youngest daughter helped me and put some nails on and painted them for me using the Sally Hansen milky almond nail polish. The first opinion is mine after she applied the nail polish told me what it look like I'm not a clear person or probably the nude color or french tips at all so I wasn't liking it very well. She works in the healthcare system so she has to keep her nails short and sweet but in all fairness she absolutely loves the French manicure with nude nail polish always but she would definitely like to try the other colors....

By the way, the difference between this Sally Hansen nsil polish vs the Dollar Tree one was that Zi didn’t need a second coat. The first time around was enough. I highly recommend this nail polish. And had no idea how great Sally Hansen nailpolish really are. I promise you won’t be disappointed

I bought PURE POLISH as a bit of a joke because of my "organic; holistic ". I wanted to tease her about my new "plant based" polish. I ever surprised when it not only glided on like a dream, covered like a dream and STAYED ON for days like a dream, even before I went back to purchase the top coat ; but Im blown away by this product and it is SOOOO beautiful on, plus the colors are killer there is absolutely NO SMELL. it is worth every single penny. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Only issue , Im hunting everywhere for the prettiest shade ever, called NATURAL SPRING #371. First time I ever saw it its the perfect resort colour, but now I cant find it ANYWHERE , not even on their site here. Im heartbroken. Other than that they've got my heart 100% for this product. Decent drugstore formula with a good brush

This is a review for three creme finish shades from the Sally Hansen Good Kind Pure nail polish line. I have the shades 'Pink Cardamom', 'Peony Origins' and 'Fruity Papaya'. In the first two photos I have on the shades 'Fruity Papaya' on my pointer finger, and 'Peony Origins' on my thumb. In the last/third picture, I'm wearing 'Pink Cardamom' on all fingers. In all the photos I had applied two coats of each shade. The brush design for these is an oval/rounded shape to hug the nail line, and it's slightly wider and shorter than the wide brushes essie rolled out to replace their old brushes (if you buy an essie shade at Target it will have the wide brush.) Overall I like them, but noticed my brush for 'Peony Origins' is slightly wonky/cut weird. The formula for the three colors I have tried is slightly on the thin side, but not *too* thin that it causes pooling. For the same reason, you may want to apply three coats if you have longer nails and/or ridgy nails. I opted for just two coats, but you could kind of see the texture a little, but I honestly wasn't too bothered by it. It was more noticable on my thumbs, so in that case I might do three coats next time I use the color (Peony Origins). On one of my pointer fingers I had a slight bald spot with the shade 'Fruity Papaya' (presumably from the thin formula, I didn't have problems with the brush). Again, this could have been fixed by adding a third coat, but I was feeling lazy so I didn't (it wasn't too noticable anyway.) I don't really remember having issues with nail texture when I used 'Pink Cardamom', since you can't tell in the photo, and the last time I used the shade was in March. If you're a seasonal nail polish wearer, I think 'Pink Cardamom' is suitable for every time of year. It is a classy pinky nude that looks so elegant. I didn't keep the best track of the longevity of these polishes, so I will have to do that next time I use a color from this line. I don't remember them being *super* long lasting to be honest, but not terrible either. Generally, this line seems like a pretty good drugstore option, and Target's prices for them are on the cheaper end of the spectrum, although there are places you can find them for even cheaper I believe.

Golden quartz

Wow this shade is BEAUTIFUL! It’s such a lovely rose gold color. It’s shimmery and neutral at the same time. I love that it has a more golden base (not too gold) than silver because other rose gold looking shades tend to lean more silver/cool toned which I don’t like. This is perfect! It was packaged well and the formula is nice. Applies smooth with a nice wide brush and the consistency is just right. Dried at a decent amount of time too. Don’t ever retire this shade please keep it! Definitely wearing this shade every day!

Pretty color but….

I bought today and the color is beautiful. I bought Almond milk.The color is soft and easy to apply BUT the smell of the polish is horrible! It lingers a bit afterwards too. I like everything but the smell. It’s a very strong smell , stronger than regular polish but it has a different odor to it. I probably will not buy again for that reason. I’m hoping the color will last a few days . It seems like it’s taking longer to dry as well. A little sticky so far. But I just applied.
