I wish I had known that your shoes fit rather snuggly compared to other brands! I am size 4 in all shoes even running shoes, however I think I should have taken a 4,5 . I didn't have any other running shoe and was desperate to go back to running.

I took a chance on these and have yet to make up my mind. This shoe is more narrow and long than other Salomon shoes, which won’t be suitable for those that like the wider sole surface Salomon typically has. These may not be my most worn shoes like I had hoped. I rely on Salomon’s because of their grip, balance, support and comfort.At first I bought a size 6.5 but it fit like a 7.5. I returned and reordered a 6. It’s still slightly large and I may be able to pull off wearing a 5.5 in these. But a size 5.5 may end up being too small and cramp my toes in the toe box for this shoe (because it’s so narrow and long).Meanwhile another shoe, the XA PRO model, I can easily take a size 7 for Salomon. I bought this shoes a month ago and I am happy. I am a size 6 in summer sandals. I am a 6.5 in Nike shoes and I read the reviews saying the size was this shoes was running big. I went with size 5.5 and it fits perfect. I love it!
I bought these shoes a few weeks ago and I have been walking in them everyday. I like the lacing on them and the change to how the laces are secured. They’re great on hiking trails or just walking paved trails.
Love these and use on the treadmill. Typically wear an 8.5 in Salomon however these are much too big. Tried to warranty them with no luck so just using them until I can’t. Just fyi apparently Salomon is running really large.
They are great shoes....BUT they run really long. I usually wear a 7 shoe and 7.5 running shoes. The 7.5 us like an 8.5!I ordered a 6.5 and they are just right!
I've had issues with Salomon shoes because of my wide-width feet. I was amazed at the roomy toe box right off the bat! The speed-laces are great also. I'm thinking of purchasing a second pair because they are so comfortable. On a side note, when I first looked at them the colours seemed rather hideous, but after actually wearing them my opinion is changed-the colours work well!
I just bought it because I was looking for a good pair to run on trails. I am normally 7 in shoes and when I read it tends to be larger, I ordered in 6. Fits great and can't wait to run again. Very good looking shoes. Love it!!
Fits true to size. Very lightweight but sturdy. Wish the laces would allow you to change them up or re-thread as I find there is a lot of pressure over the arch when you pull the laces and I like to do an alternative box thread with my hiking shoes.
