Solid little Soft Flask, no leaks and good choice when you need just a little more than the 150ml bottle. Still small enough to tuck away in the running vest for the extra capacity.

Probably works great vertical, but leaks in the belt they sell it with. I love 95% of Salomon products but I’d pass on this if you’re using it with a belt.

I wanted to find a tiny small packable water bottle to fit in my ski jacket pocket for sips of water and this fit the bill. I didn’t want to be skiing with a hydration pack or a backpack.
I got this 250mL flask as a reserve to my main race flasks (500mL each) and it’s a great small size to keep tucked in my waist belt.
I bought the soft flask to slip it in one of the stretch pockets of my Pulse belt. What a wet mess, the cap started leaking as soon as I put the belt on — and did so every time!
Good reliable product, though best suited to a vest. Didn't like them bouncing around on the belt, so carried a hand flask for the race.
It took me a while to realise that there was a plastic cover over the nozzle. I did not notice and thought it was just really hard to drink from. Then after a long run, I came home and told my partner I would need to buy another nozzle. He then looked at it and saw that there was a plastic cover still on it. Since removing the plastic cover, it has been great.
This flask is just the right size to fit in the side pockets of my running leggings and is light enough to be un-noticable during a half marathon race. It is made of good quality materials and is easy to use. My only quibble is that it took quite a few tries (pre-race) to get rid of the unpleasant plastic taste. It eventually went after I used a well-known brand of denture cleaning tablets.
Shame on me for not paying attention, but an 8oz flash is useless...
