I love the colour of these shoes - dark grey with orange/gold trim. They look neat on and are lightweight and not too chunky. Cushioned sole makes them very comfortable and Waterproof lining is a plus for dog walking. I have quite narrow feet and these are a great fit. I take a shoe size 6.5 but sometimes size up to 7 for boots and trainers. Size 6.5 in these fit.

I bought these last minute for an outdoorsy holiday to the Scottish Highlands and I am 100% sure they enabled me to trek further and be less weary than I might otherwise have been in my normal trainers. I am not a hiker and as such navigating rocky paths and different terrain was challenging for me, but these shoes made such a difference and also no blisters or rubbing, they are super comfortable. As they are super stylish too, there was no need to take an extra pair with me, just rinse them off to clean up from the days trekking and wear with casual clothes for dinners out. Good fit & comfortable from day one. Used for both daily dog walking and distance hiking.GTX great, handling both dewy grass and near full submersion in puddles, streams & sea.
Was talked into these by the sales rep Kathmandu Nelson whose repeated catchphrase was "don't want to see you leaving empty handed."Completely the wrong shoe for my feet, unsupported and has caused injury.
Comfortable? Yes. Easy to put on? Yes. Breathable material? Not so much. Made in Cambodia of 'Recycled product' on the uppers. With shipping I suspect any green claims can be cancelled. These are clearly made for the US market as they are a size 12.5 (US13) and not 12 as stated on the website. Good looking shoe with grip and lightweight.
My second pair of Saloman trail shoes. First pair were pricey but fantastic, however these are not waterproof which was very disappointing and no where near as comfortable.Definitely not worth the money
Was pressured into purchasing this boot by an over zealous salesman. Does not live up to the promises made by said salesman.Very flexible and unsupported causing injury .Lesson learned- don't accept unsolicited advice from sales people who are not experts in their field.
Perfect fit, comfy, heel does not lift. Not been out in the rain yet but not expecting any problems with the proofing. Bit pricey but you pay for proper Gore-Tex unfortunately. Stylish too, happy with purchase.
My 4th pair of this brand, l can always wear them straight away. These are true to size, with lovely cushioned inner soles, very lightweight but feel sturdy enough for all but very rocky surfaces.
