I had to return, because the soft flasks do not work as noted.They fall into the flask hole provided and you have to fish around for the mouthpiece.If you don't need the flasks, it seems fine. If you want the added water with flasks, then this wont work for you.

I’ve using the XT 6 for MTB and is very comfortable, it fits a 1.5 lts blather, bike tools and snacks, the back barely moves in my back, I like it.

I bought this about a month ago as a running pack mostly. I love that I can fit my light weight little jacket and my gloves along with my phone in the main pockets. I love love the little the little pockets in tue front where you can carry your car keys, tissue, and pocket knife, etc for quick access.
