Comfortable fit, dissapointing quality

My girlfriend & I both bought a pair in slightly different colourways; in a month and a half, we’ve both had scuffs on at least one shoe each, And there have been a hole and a torn tag at the front. Shoes have only been worn in an urban setting , and on concrete, so there’s not really an excuse.The quality seems to be really poor, is a shame as they look so nice :(( for the price tag, it is definitely not worth it. If we’d had them less than a month we would definitely demand a refund. Won’t be buying Salomons again as it stands.

I love the colorways of this model, and bought myself two pairs. However, the quality is not up to par with my other Salomon shoes. The color/paint rubs off extremely easily and on one pair the mesh is starting to rip after a few wears. I have a few pairs of XT-6 and their quality is amazing and I have had zero issues with them after a few years of wear, so I am disappointed that the XT-6 FT do not have the same standards

I bought these trainers in the plum colour last weekend and have worn them a few times. After exactly 7 days of owning these, the paint on the toe box has come off, without doing any intense activities or anything. I’m so disappointed in these. I’ve heard such good things about this brand but I didn’t read around this particular model and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.

I bought these sneakers 1,5 ago and haven’t even worn them daily, but they’re made of such a poor fabric that basically breaks itself. I wanted to submit warranty claim, the form on website is not working and I couldn’t sent it, the chat was occupied and no one answered just bot forwarded me to warranty claim ( that doesn’t work).So please, can someone at least contact me via email? What kind of service is this??I have amazing xt-6 in other color and material- everything is fine with them. But this model is defective.

To clarify, I am a big fan of the original XT-6 line, own 3 pairs and plan on getting more once new colors become available. The XT-6 FT were nothing but a disappointment for me.The shoes started disintegrating two weeks after purchase date, in a month they formed two painful huge holes in the inside of the shoes making them impossible to wear. On the outside there are also symmetric tears developing on both shoes. Returning them on warranty, hope it works out.

Bought the Shale / Chocolate Plum / Morganite in September. I've only used it to hike once, everything else is a few hours' walks around the city or to my office next to my house. I went to Paris last weekend and came home and noticed that my Salomon's have holes in the mesh side on the front, where your feet naturally bend when you walk. The paint on one shoe, back part, was also smudged. I've owned way cheaper shoes that are not at all for hiking that have been of higher quality than these, or are for running and I've spent miles and miles on them and they look fine, no nasty paint job, no sketchy holes, no mesh damage.

I bought these shoes a month ago, with the intention to use them to go to work and, eventually, for trips in the countryside. The colors are really nice, the problem is the material: the quality is terrible. After only a few days of wearing them I noticed the fabric started tearing and now I have small holes. Salomon's sneakers are expensive, I wouldn't expect such poor quality.
