I just received these gummy supplements this week and I've had a chance to try the 2 full packages given, in total 4 gummies. First I will say that they tout that these products 'support immunity' although as a medical professional, I will caution the public to be wary of such promises. These may contain vitamins and ingredients that may be beneficial to health, but they should not be used to treat illness, 'boost' the immune system. I would also caution the use of 'natural' supplements and those not recognized by the FDA/Health Canada in children and vulnerable populations. That being said, I can really only comment on the taste of the product as 4 gummies is not a long enough trial to comment on efficacy. They taste like 'medicinal' gummies in a berry flavour. ... During this pandemic we've bought several of these for ourselves and our kids to have on hand in the house. It's a great product, they taste really good and great for your health. When vitamin shopping we always buy elderberry. There's no tart taste to them, there more sweet, and kids don't mind taking them. We will always have elderberry vitamins around because of the health benefits. No one in our house has had any flu like symptoms or colds this year. Great product. 5 stars all the way around.

Sambucol works wonders in my kids health. I heard about this vitamins and I was very curious when I read the reviews. So I bought for my kinds who constantly getting sick due to weather changes and are very sensitive because they have weak immune system. After taking this gem daily, they have never been sick again.
