Being 35 weeks pregnant, there’s not much you can take to help relieve the symptoms and length of a cold or flu. This was recommended to me by the pharmacist as his wife took it while pregnant, all I can say is, wow! Day three in of getting the flu and I’m starting to feel better already instead of still being bed ridden. If only I had known about this 16 years ago with my first! It’s also good to know that it won’t harm the baby in any way. Win win

This really has helped us during the viral years of our toddlers bringing home constant colds and coughs which we then have to deal with. I feel it works and our illnesses could be worse if we didn't have Sambuccol on hand!

I was after a natural medicine and tried sambucol for the first time after reading the reviews. My colds are usually short but there's always one day I cannot make it out of bed. This time I started to take the capsules as soon as I had sore throat and the symptoms for cold were noticeable reduced. I didn't finish the box of tissues as I usually do :D ... I highly recommend it.
I find if I start taking Sambucol as soon as I start noticing symptoms like a sore throat, it stops the virus within a day or two. I've tested it out many times. The secret is taking it within 24 hours of getting the first symptoms. Brilliant. Even if you start it a few days after initial symptoms, it shortens the duration of the virus greatly.
I took this product was not sure if if would relieve my symptoms but after 1 day it worked like a charm absolutely recommended this product to anyone
I don't usually take alternative medicine but was convinced to try this as my colds last about 7 days and are horrific. If I take this at the 1st sign of a cold, my cold will be really mild and over really quickly. You have to take it quickly and not miss a dose.
I always find Sambucol to help ease a cold for me and my family and I find it reduces the cold symptoms quickly. I highly recommend this product
I have been using Sambucol cold and flu capsules during the several times a year I typically catch cold, for at least 7 years. It is impossible to claim it reduces my cold duration because I would have to 'not take it' at the same time, as a comparison! However, my return to health seems fairly quick, with the worst symptoms of shorter duration. My husband usually has the same cold so I used to compare duration to his( again, not ideal ..). He's convinced enough that he now takes it also.
This stuff is great. If I take it early enough it always shortens the duration of my symptoms and I'm back on track quicker.
