They are comfortable when on, but you are buying a larger bag to put more items in , therefore stitching and design of straps requires an improved design to last longer. I have used mine carefully for about 3 months.3 It's a small one, but then if you're buying a bag like this it's because you're fussy and likely have other things to complain about other than this sweet bag...The tightening strap for each shoulder has about 12 inches of excess which hangs and swings, knocking against your forearm. I have owned and used several samsonite work backpacks over the years and this is my new favorite. It's much lighter than the Zalia 2.0 and have almost the same organisation capabilities. Be-Her strikes the right balance between being structured (which Zalia absolutely is) and having capacity (which Mobile Solutions Essential does). It reminds me of the Karissa Biz line or the Clodi. Unfortunately, the Be-Her has the thinnest bag straps (so do not overpack your bag) out of all those I've mentioned. It is made of recycled materials and they do feel less 'premium' in the hands. The upside is, the Antique Pink colour is a gorgeous nude rose which leans mauve. It's a backpack with great quality material and functionality. At this price it's a no brainer. I also adore the shape and looks of it. Stands professional with smart casual wear and not childish like most other backpacks.For daily use it could be a little extra large and heavy but if you are travelling long distance or going to be mobile for a few days then it is the perfect option while not spending too much money.One thing to note is to definitely check the colour in person before buying. Website colours are not reflecting reality as usual. Per my personal opinion, go with black to make it suit with most things.

Have numerous carry-on luggage with straps, but they don't compare to the Samsonite. It easily converts from a rollable travel laptop case into a backpack. It is extremely light and fits into leisure and business category aesthetically. The only downside of the unit is it has no water pouch on either side. it could quite easily have a concealed mesh pocket to allow drinks to be carried as well. The wheels when used as a backpack have a cover to stop clothes getting dirty. But when the unit is used as a roller case, it's hard to put it on the handle of your luggage, even though it does have a Handle strap.

Bought as backpack upgrade while visiting Singapore. Loved the laptop pocket, fits 16 in Mackbook Pro, RFID pocket, wired for battery backup access, good organization options, beautiful color-green (black backpacks are boring), expandable, and look and feel of quality materials. Like that the side pockets are large enough for larger iPhone with wallet with some room to spare.Insanely difficult to buy online as visitor without local phone number. Wanted to scream "why won't you take my money?!" Looks small on 5'9" (176 cm) thick framed man. Packed, the backpack hangs lower than I like, making the shoulder straps a bit uncomfortable. Small pockets on shoulder straps are very small, don't know how to use them effectively.

It's a bit small for my body frame 220 lbs, 5-10, and it sits awkwardly on my shoulders. Does not carry as well as I'd like. Well made quality backpack as good expect from Samsonite. Comfortable to wear and use as aroll along. There is great capacity, where I stretched to using this for a 3 day business trip including laptop.The downside is the design of the compartments. The largest section with biggest opening also includes the laptop pocket, so if taking it to the office you either have to use the smaller compartment for clothes, or basically open your suitcase in the middle of a meeting. Also there is only one front general pocket, so nowhere for your liquid bag to be easily accessible.Overall worth the money though for quality luggage.

The logo is barely visible, which is good.It can hold a sweater, a laptop 15'6", a hat, a very small bag, a short umbrella in the side pocket, plus small things like phones, tissues and keys.Therefore, sometimes I must choose what to bring.On the other hand, the slimness makes it nicer.It is incredibly light.It seems very sturdy too, but I just bought it. So time will tell.
