This is the best check in suitcase made by any manufacturer period. I’ve own this bag now and the other variant with the single stem grip. Of the two get this one because you can slide another bag on top for ease of going through the airport. I heavily researched every suitcase out there and none come close to being anywhere near as light as this suitcase which is important for those trying to squeeze in a few extra pounds. While I like brands like TUMI as well they are just too heavy. Anyways I just bought another and hope they keep this bag around forever

We took 3 of these cases to Europe for a family trip for 5 weeks. They got thoroughly tested and passed with flying colours. They are very lightweight but durable suitcases and the wheels impressed me handling rough surfaces like cobbled streets and rolling really well on generally. After 9 flights they did get a little scratched up but we expected that and they still look good. After one flight one case got dented in on a corner but I was able to pop it back out and it looks great again. There is a little flex in the handle but it held up strong.

I bought may new case from Luggage.co... primarily because they had a pretty sharp price at the time. I was very surprised when the case arrived the very next day! Excellent service. The Samsonite case seems to be pretty good. I packed it up to the gunnels two days after I got it and flew off to the south island for Warbirds. The shell is very thin but seems to be made of some magic material that is super tough and suffered the rigors of the baggage handling system without harm. The zips feel strong and reliable, but best of all is the weight! This thing is an absolute featherweight. It's my first Samsonite but if this case is anything to go by they know what they are doing. Thanks for the great case and the excellent service.

After only one usage the internal lining was damaged and torn. There was no sharp object in the suitcase and I had packed all of my stuff inside smaller bags. I took it to Samsonite repair shop and they said they were unable to fix it. I contacted Samsonite and they said this was not a manufacturing warranty and was not covered. I am absolutely disappointed with the quality as well as the customer service and do not recommend this to anyone. I will never buy from Samsonite again with such a high price and such a low quality.
I have always bought Samsonite cases because of their strength, quality and design. I bought this case because it was light, beautifully styled and a semi hard shell. The first time I flew with it however, it came off the baggage carousel with two very large dents in one end and other superficial damage. It looked great but is simply not strong enough for the rough handling baggage gets in airports. I shall be going back to Samsonite on this and going back to soft cases.

I contacted Samsonite as I was surprised that they got scuffed so easily. The damage was far worse than that on cheaper cases we had had in the past. The case has internal tension straps and a zipped divider, but is otherwise unlined. The external zips and hinges work well, and the wheels glide over hard surfaces. The weight is surprising - it is not much more than 2.3 kg for a 75cm case.Now to the test.A trans-Atlantic flight via a European hub (4 flights) with hard working airport staff.The case was literally unscathed. No dents, nothing broken.The shells are super tough with woven PET, and the whole thing is tough. Even the wheels.Overall this is a great product, made in the EU27.
I just bought two new bags. Almost identical to the ones I bought 15 years ago. I only replaced them because the old ones were very scratched and had hundreds of stickers on them. Samsonite had a sale and I decided to treat myself. I have million + status on 4 different airlines. I travel extensively and I would never use any other suitcase than Cosmolite. The absolute best!
