I purchased two of these for family trip. Blue and Silver. The blue one arrived in Milan airport banged up and dented. I managed to get the dent away. The silver one- the whole zipper came apart in istanbul hotel at 3 am while packing. Awful Awful experience. Have a flight to catch in the morning and in the hotel room zipper came out of your travel bag. Back in States contacted Samsonite and they agreed to repair the zipper. Third time now in 3 years now the wheel area got banged up and now one wheel got buried in partially since luggage not able to take the pressure and got pushed in from one wheel inside. Never thought Samsonite quality will go this bad. Spent close to $600 on these luggage sets and nothing but a disappointment. I have been extremely happy with the suitcase and love all of its thoughtful features!External:Beautiful design, fun colour and helpful front pocket.The wheels glide really well - i have tested it on uneven european streets too. It makes me way less tired than travelling with a simple two wheel suitcase.The handle adjustment height is helpful as well, can adapt it to whatever works for you and it stops at the right level.Also helpful is the side handle when you need to lift the suitcase in the overhead compartment.Internal:The spacing on both sides is even with good use of pockets- even mini pockets on top of compartments for easy last minute additions.A lovely bonus are the packing cubes which really helped me make the most of the space.

This is a fantastic suitcase if you are traveling for a week or so. I’ve always been of the mindset that if you’re going to buy luggage, you might as well buy the biggest suitcase acceptable for airplane travel, so it gives you the most packing options. Having said that, if you’re not traveling for weeks, there’s no reason to have an unnecessarily large suitcase. This is the perfect size for about of weeks worth of travel.Two things I like best:1. I love the outer shell to protect, protect everything inside.2. I love the ease of used to push it around the airport as the wheels are incredibly smooth.I highly recommend this size suitcase again if you need some for a week plus your minus desire, something easy, easy to use, and will protect everything inside.

My last carry on was pretty bottom of the line and Rome's streets tore it to pieces. You can definitely feel the difference in quality in this Samsonite. The wheels just glide SO effortlessly and the zippers are smooth- no catching at all. Had this suitcase stored away since purchase and recently used it for the first time. With horror did I already observe all the scratches from the suitcase being slided into a cupboard for storage. My C-lite which I used extensively [like over 100 times] does not look this bad.After just one trip to Europe the suitcase now looks tired with loads of scratches and paint peeling off in places. The plastic seal was damaged on the very first flight and just looks horrible now.Extremely disappointed! Considering getting my 8 year old C-lite back out, it's in better condition. I wanted to love this suitcase. I purchased the 75cm for a big trip and a cruise. The cruise went well, but did not involve air travel so it was handled very gently.I recently took it on a month long Europe trip and from day 1 caused me stress. The front half of the suitcase is very delicate and soft. It arrived very dented in the centre front from the at baggage claim, and while popped back into shape I was not impressed. On later flights the corners were dented, and again popped back into shape - but with some wear/stress to the material.On further inspection of the case, the front half does not seem as solid or strong as the back half with the handle. This carry-on is the perfect size to get you on the plane and go the color makes it very easy to find and it doesn’t get lost in the sea of carry-on. I was shocked at how much stuff I can put in here and still board the plane. It was very easy to use. I didn’t think I would need the power bank that is part of the system but I did, I was able to charge my phone in the Uber on the way to the hotel. Courtesy of the power bank.
