Samsonite Winfield 2 Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels Checked-Large 28 Inch

I love traveling and you definitely need good luggage to travel with. Samsonite Winfield 2 Fashion Large Spinner suitcase is a great suitcase. It is polycarbonate luggage so it can withstand the airport baggage claims. The spinning wheels really are great! When your suitcase is almost to the max of 50 pounds , a nice sturdy handle and great wheels makes it very easy to maneuver your suitcase with no problem. The luggage has a zipper inside separation support to keep your clothes nice and neat during your trip. The suitcase is large and sturdy but light weight so that I can pick it up myself. I recommend Samsonite Winfield 2 Fashion Large spinner because it has been reliable and great quality made suitcase.

This suitcase is perfect for 1-3 week trips. I recently used this suitcase on a 3 week international vacation and was amazed at what I could fit in this thing. With the help of some packing cubes, I was able to pack all of my clothes and toiletries for my trip with ease. Additionally, the zippers are high quality and easy to zip up. One thing to consider before buying is that this suitcase’s shell does scratch overtime. Although it does scratch, the suitcase shell still does a great job of protecting its contents. I would highly recommend buying this suitcase, I love traveling with it and it’s perfect for short (1 week) or longer (2+ week) vacations.

When it comes to traveling, Samsonite is the only brand I truly trust. My family had these for years and they still look and work like new. These are tough suitcases and have taken a beating on many flights. I'm an over-packer so the expandable feature helps a lot. With the large suitcase, I easily pack around 2 weeks worth of clothing and shoes in it. The handle is long (which is nice for tall people), and slides out easily, doesn't rattle around like other brands. The wheels are extremely good quality and maneuver super smooth. It has a built-in TSA locking system so you don't have to worry about losing a key. Worth the investment, every single penny. Highly recommended!

I have been all over the world with this suitcase. I have a variety to choose from but whenever I need anything bigger than a carry-on, this is my go-to. It has scratches and dings, as one can expect from well traveled luggage, but never damage that matters. The weight is perfect. If I have one complaint, it's that the suitcase is difficult to roll if packed heavy, because the body is so flexible. It's fine on smooth floors but stones or carpet can make it a bear to push or pull.

Just good quality ….. These suitcases function as intended, with spacious interiors and smooth-rolling spinners for easy maneuverability. While there are some scuffs and scratches from shipping, they’re minor and don’t affect the durability. A quick wipe-down removes any dust from packaging. This samsonite luggage is so light. It is even lighter than my fabric luggage. I have had it for over 5 years now but there are only some minor scratches, which is understandable because i travelled on airplane at least twice a year. The sizing are very good. I have a set of three. I mostly use the smallest size as a carry on and the biggest for checked bag. The wheels are also very durable, The wheels are very durable so I can travel convenientlyeah Lee. I love this luggage and would love to buy another set if they are on sale. I bought this for less than $200. I highly recommend these products. I have not tried the lock, but they look easy to use. We have owned the 3 piece set of Samsonite Winfield 2 Luggage in Charcoal for a few months now. The 20" carry on is the perfect size for items you may need to bring on the airplane for your trip. My husband is a truck driver and uses the 24" weekly on his trips out of town. He enjoys the zippers on each side of the case to separate his clean and "dirty" clothes. The mesh zipper holds all of his toiletries nicely. All of the pieces of luggage have a long sturdy handle to grip and along with the spinning wheels, we have had no problems whatsoever. They all glide smoothly and effortlessly. We used this set on our trip to Hawaii and the hard side cover came in handy to protect our belongings! Disappointed

I received the luggage. Very excited because of the color at first. But on further inspection. It wasscratched and had some plastic cover which was peeled away on certain areas of luggage. I tried to remove it but it was too hard .It came off in small pieces. I was not pleased about the hardcover. Looked like I could punch it and it would cave in. I sent it back. Got a full refund. I asked to have someone contact me to see if there were other options. But no response. I have friends that have had Winfield Samsonitefor 9/1/2 years. Of course it is scratched and well traveled. But no dents, it was like it was steel, or bad wheels. Just an issue with the zipper. The warrantyis 10 years and they are having it repaired. I am sorry it did not work out for me .

Great checked luggage value choice

This is my second Winfield 2 Large Spinner and I really enjoyed my first one. It's lasted me 3-4 years of international travel so far with no decrease in quality. It's spacious and the shell is a great flexible but hard material that I feel confident will protect my items. I agree with others that it would be nice to have more features for internal compartment organization but at this price point, I'm happy with the value and features the Winfield 2 provides. I'd definitely recommend it for a great value buy for a large checked suitcase, as I have two now.

Winfield 2 3 Piece Set (20"/24"/28") - Very disappointed.

The luggage was nice to look at when it arrived, a pretty color blue. But then came the trip. The 28" was way too large for me. I am sure that it would not be too large for everyone, but I am only 5'1". Consequently, I will never be able to use it and will be giving it away. The 24" was a good size but awkward to open and close. Also, it did not survive my trip very well. Scratches and scrapes all over and worse, dents. Big huge dents. It looked like an old hand me down suitcase when I returned.I cannot blame Samsonite for the way luggage is handled at the airports, but one would think that it would be able to withstand rough handling much better than it did.
