We use a 137 min cycle, but it sometimes takes 4 hours to complete the wash. It continually stops saying renoving suds, even when we have reduced the amount of detergent to absolute minimum. This is a very disappointing purchase. It says 4kg max for towels Why call it a 10kg washing machine if it cant take this amount of towels We have heard on the grape vine that any warranty repairs have th be done by a launceston technition, 3 hours drive awsy.

When my 9 year old Simpson top loader died I decided to look at the two front loaders which had the feature which allows you to add extra clothing after the cycle starts .So it came down to LG and Samsung models. I only went with Samsung after a friend recommended it and only went for the 10kg because the 8.5kg was on back order. I have used add wash several times and its great- just have to remember to restart it by hitting the pause button after opening the front hatch.So far so good- the quickest cycle is 15 minutes the longest is 2.5 hours. This is the worst Front Loader Washing Machine I've ever bought. It doesn't pour sufficient amount of water for it to properly wash. The different modes are too long, not cold water friendly, water doesn't seem to ever disperse into the fabric softener tray no matter what setting you put your wash on, I have to do a 2nd wash for fabric softener or add it half way through a long wash setting. I specifically bought a 10kg washing machine for my queen size blanket and this model seems to struggle doing a proper rinse cycle to drain out all the water. i ended up having take my blanket out dripping wet and letting it dry outside. do not waste your money. i was vetter off buying an LG washing machine which has never let me down

First up, the washing machine is great , no problems Sadly thats not the case with the good guys online help. So I order the machine online as the machine listed in the sale.Couple of weeks pass, no date for delivery. Contact online help, tell me that the order is coming but no date. Another week passes, contact them again, same story.Eventually I contact a store frustrated. Apparently the machine I ordered is no longer available, and was never ever coming!! What the heckThe only upside, is by talking to the store there was actually someone sensible, and fixed the problem. Never again good guys!
I chose this washing machine for the cold/cold tap arrangement. The washing machine is low noise and has usable cycles that are adjustable (Big tick). The phone app is ok, however it is a little disappointing that I cannot preprogram a start time to coincide with my power supplier cheap times.
Compared to my previous machine, this one is super quiet. I love the fact that the machine keeps track of your most used cycles and moves them to number one and two position so you dont have to scroll through all the cycles. I also love that the machine keeps track of how many cycles youve done and when it hits 40 it reminds you to run the clean drum cycle.
Never liked front loaders, I had one over 20 years ago. Moved into a unit and it had to be a front loader to fit. So started looking for one, didn't know what to expect but I am very happy with this machine. Washes really well, has basic options some brands are very complicated. I love the add door on the front if you find something after you have started it. It can also be controlled by your mobile phone and it is super quiet.
Have never had a front loader before and was a little worried but I am extremely happy with this product. Only thing was trying to figure out which setting to use for each wash was a little hard at first but by using the app to do it made it much easier. Clothes are so much cleaner with this machine and a lot dryer when finished making drying time so much quicker.
This machine is wonderful gives you all that you would expect from a 10 kilo wash. Washers doonas with ease. Even has a self-cleaning hygiene reminder so no more musty smells. Pause washing cycle to add those items you forget or want to put in later in the cycle. Set and forget, full control with the app. Energy saving by having a dual tap system for hot and cold water. Less drying time with the high spin cycle. my new machine.
you cant go wrong with a Samsung for a start! .. the Good Guys just made the purchase so much easier! .. I love the extra door on the front for when you forget the odd sock or hanky!
