We bought the samsung 14kg top loader washing machine two weeks ago, which replaced our 8 year old 10kg samsung top loader that we used every day, sometimes even twice or thrice a day. Hence, the quality of these machines are second to none. Being a family unit of 8, this new 14kg machine is able to do it all. From cleaning our super king beddings to delicately washing our newborns clothing. Whatever the case, you cannot beat the reliability, power, quality and value of a samsung top loader!

I have bought this machine 2 months ago. Really a good machine and quite big too only downfall is when it finishes its circle then it lock itself and its not even the child lock, still can’t figured out how to unlock it after. I am just randomly turning on and off. Not even mention in manual. Thats the only bad this about it.

This washing machine works great has a physically bigger drum and uses way less water when on sensor mode. The employees where pushing at every stage the lg its clear they gain a kick back from lg
Very impressed, this size Samsung , handles large loads, less useage , Saves power and water. Fantastic to wash Bedroom Linen.
Purchased from Farmers in Napier. The drain hose is inflexible and will not easily bend into the laundry tub. I have had to buy a fitting to allow the machine to drain. Also, the booklet mentions a NORMAL cycle on the control console to use the Speed Spray option, but there is NO cycle that says NORMAL. This is rubbish really and indicative of most things that say"easy to use" when the reverse is true. My old Samsung was simple to use and understand plus it had a FLEXIBLE drain hose.
We got this 14kg Samsung to replace an 11kg LG. It doesnt really seem to hold more clothes than the 11kg LG, but the game changer is the "Magic Filter" which captures lint. It does an excellent job at removing lint from your wash. Now owning this, I would never go back to a washing machine without a lint filter. Appliances Online's pricing and service was excellent, as usual.
This is a fantastic machine. We waited two months for it and certainly meets our expectations. So much room,sleek design and efficient cycles. So happy with choice!
I brought this a few weeks ago and my wash loads have gone from 2 a day down to 1 every 3 days, saving me on time and stress. Can easily fit 2 queen size duvets and is incredibly quiet. You won't be disappointed with this washing machine and it's 12kg capacity, best choice I ever made
have had the machine for 2 months and it is the worst machine i have owned. The machine washes poorly, has lots of lint even after cleaning the filters before and after washes, have done many tub cleans and still the same, some clothing have holes. only good thing is the size of the machine. Hoping i can exchange for a front loader which i previously had before needing to upgrade to a bigger machine.
