This fridge works well for now, but unfortunately we were forced to purchase a brand new fridge, after Samsung Australia failed to support us and fix our last Samsung fridge that stopped working - claiming that there was no international warranty of products purchased in NZ. (even though it's exactly the same product). Samsung NZ asked us to bring the fridge into their service centre, which clearly wasn't going to work, given we were in now Melbourne.

My Samsung fridge 427L(SLR459MB)was delivered on December 05, 2023. Unfortunately the digital temperature display already had a faulty on August 3, 2024. Though it is fixed now, I really hope Samsung alliance can improve its quality control.
