We bought the 810L Samsung Fridge 10 years ago and upgraded to this as only LG has a similar sized fridge for our large family. Overall the redesign of the shelving and space is great. Everything feels like it can take more weight and has more useable space.Pros Space is well laid out. The auto fill jug is brilliant and there is less mess with the new water dispenser which easily fits a 1L tall water bottle under it. The freezer is a better flexible design making good use of space instead of a big drawer to dump things in. The flexible cool/freeze section will be perfect for Christmas left overs! If you have kids they will annoy you to death playing with the screen for the first week but once that passes the clock, weather, and calendar are nice to have.

The fridge is massive. At this time we are not even using all the shelves. The water jug feature is great for a quick cold drink. The ice machine started slowly when first turned on but there's nothing wrong with it. The false door is a beauty and the autonomy of having a third section for a fridge is great to. Means our fruit and veg is not crammed into smaller crispers. The screen is novel but useful once you get to know how to use it. It's good to see our puppies photos doing a automatic slide show. It's quiet and we love it. Be ware, the hose fitting on the fridge is 1' and our plumbed tap is 3/4'. Check before you move the fridge in the cavity. Best fridge ever.

We recently purchased this product. It is an excellent fridge with space, technology and ease of use. We love it. It can hold a tone of stuff in it. Spacious freezers that can be easily converted to vegetables etc space. The beverage centre is the delight. Automatic ice makers and auto fill system are brilliant. The screen on the fridge help us access moves, songs, news etc. We love it. The technology that the fridge comes with enables us to access and manage this beast distantly. Overall, it is an excellent fridge that we fully enjoy it. Special thanks to the Good Guys for your prompt support when we needed it. Brilliant product.

CON'S * Miss the external ice dispenser. Annoying having to bend down and get it out of the freezer all the time * Miss the deli drawer from previous models. Bottom right compartment if used as deli drawer leaves not enough freezer space. If used as freezer its too much freezer space and you lose the stackable deli space * Aus model doesn't have Alexa. I love my new Samsung SRF9700BFH 810L Family Hub French Door refrigerator. It will accommodate all large families and has great features. You will find yourself going to the refrigerator continuously because you will just love it. Great job Samsung.
We have had a sequence of Samsung fridges that were good except they leaked badly in the ice making part. They were failures.This fridge solves that problem and does not leak.Its very big. That is a good thing. The freezer part is super cold and the ice cream is a brick.It took some getting used to on the social media workings of the screen but its all ok now.Is it functional Yes it is.Is it value for money. Certainly.I recommend it to you given our good experiences so far.
We bought this fridge a few months ago, hoping that it would fit into the modern aesthetic of our house without being the focal point in out kitchen. Its a very minimalist, clean looking design, The features are exceptional and really love the size. We are able to fit everything in the fridge in an organised manner. I love that we can listen to music, or pop something on while cooking in the kitchen. Who doesn't want to be able to see into the fridge, from out at the shops.. just to make sure nothing ahs been forgotten. This fridge really is a win - all round.

A bit more than we would have liked to spend on a fridge- but the in door beverage center is awesome. The stainless steel walls and the shelves are super easy to clean. Being able to convert one side of the freezer to fridge is cool but we haven’t needed it yet. The two ice cube sizes are good- but a higher back of the container would be handy so that ice cubes don’t fall over to the drawer below. Plenty of room for tall items. The family hub is pretty cool too- the kids and I can leave notes and memos to each other- so it helps increase communication. One of the best buy, a fridge that can just do anything, multiple options. and the family hub is the greatest, food remain so fresh for a very long time.. the internet access with the fridge n the multiple receipe already on is amazing, cannot go wrong with smart recipes. I can talk so much about this fridge, i just love it n didnt hesitate to give away my lg who was working fine for this one, Samsung will will an award over LG any given day not even comparable.
Had a Family Hub fridge for 4 years. The one with deli tray which appears not to be sold now. Ice maker freezes up constantly, need hair dryer on it for hours to unfreeze, now its stopped working ($400+ fix)! Black paint peeling off doors (no fix possible)! Deli tray wire broken, very poor design ($300+ fix). Freezer tray never slides in properly, just poor design.
